I had a puncture and came to fix it. They did a check on the other tyres, found one deficient, and did other routine checks. The price was good. I would recommend them to any with a car. Thank you.

Great price for the two tyres but the…
Great price for the two tyres but the service was very slow.
I had booked a slot for 8.30am on line. I arrived on time to find the workshop was empty with staff milling around so hoped for a quick turnaround. The fitting of my new tyres was so slow, even though I had told the reception staff I work commitments to fulfil hence booking the first slot of the day. After 45 minutes my car was in the workshop up on jacks but the old wheels were still in place. After an hour the wheels were removed. My car was finally handed back after 1 hour 25mins with two new rear tyres fitted, no tracking checks just fitting. I appreciate all the checks that are required but this does strike me as too long for this work.

Oh My Word
I took my car into my local Protyre depot have the wheels tracked before a long motorway journey and this work was carried out to my satisfaction. However during the process the technician proceeded to carry out a complete investigation of the underside of my vehicle and wheels, something I had not asked for. I was slightly suspicious therefore when the report came through to read that my front brakes were 100% worn and the rears 75% worn. This despite the fact that when the car was MOT tested and serviced by my usual garage back at the end of July the condition of the brakes was reported as good with only around 20% wear.
As you can imagine I was a little concerned at this rapid deterioration and took my car back to my usual garage, from whom I have had great service for over 10 years. They immediately took the car into their workshop and after inspection confirmed that the brakes were still in good condition and had several thousand miles of wear left in them. There was no charge for this service, but how much would it have cost me if I had taken Protyres' report at face value, hundreds I suggest.
Needless to say I shall not be returning for any tyre oR mechanical related issues

We were on holiday and unfortunately…
We were on holiday and unfortunately had a puncture. I intended to replace both front tyres soon as the tread was at 3mm. Not wanting to pay for a repair I decided to replace them. Your technician was excellent and sorted size and make and I was back on the road in 2hrs.

A little short of perfection!

Tracking also adjusted but steering wheel not fully restored to top dead centre. One of the (black finish) wheels was chipped in the tyre mounting process, which I didn't notice at the time. These quality assurance issues cost the 5 star rating.
