incompetent, negligent and extortionate
Issue still unresolved despite spending yet another £95 on a new tyre, this is the fourth time in just a few months my tyre has not been fixed properly and has caused two emergency breakdowns, 100s of pounds spent and still the tyre pressure warning light is coming back on which suggests more issues. When I was at the mechanic he informed me that my tyre was not sealed properly when getting my tyres replaced here which has caused three punctures on the same wheel- when I went back to complain about this, the tyre was replaced without asking if I wanted it replaced instead of fixing the puncture- another £95. So it was their fault int he first place yet they charge me more money for it and even then it still isn't fixed right. An abysmal service- if you want to avoid getting ripped off and want to get your car sorted properly then go somewhere else.

Wrong Tyre !
When you tell the guy behind the till its the drivers rear tyre that needs looked at and you have to physically stop them taking the passenger side rear tyre off because they literally never listened to you.

Absolutely brilliant service from Protyre! A screw somehow managed to embed itself in my tyre (wasn’t me running over screws on my drive… honestly 😅), and they saw me straight away. The team were super efficient, friendly, and full of good banter – exactly what you need when you’re in a bit of a panic! I had to drive all the way to Welshpool that day, so I was incredibly grateful for how quickly they got me back on the road. I have been charged for tpms valve - metal service kit but it wasnt replaced as they were saying it is very expensive for your car. Then they told me they have replaced i have no idea which part they replaced. Aside from that they were very friendly and cooperative. Very professional
