Excellent service
Excellent service. I booked my car in on-line for 4 new tyres. I thought they were worn and wouldn’t pass a MOT. The guys inspected them and said they were only about 50% worn and had plenty of life in them. They refunded the money very quickly. I’m sure other companies would have done the job anyway and I wouldn’t have been any the wiser. I’m really grateful to them. Will definitely use them when the time comes.

Brake pads and disc check
Great service provided. A different garage advised I needed new discs and pads, however, the team at pro tyre checked them for me and were very honest, advised they didn't yet need changing.

1st appointment cancelled because of computer problems.
2nd appointment cancelled because of technical problem.
3rd appointment ran very late. After 35 minutes I asked why my car had not moved. Failed MOT on tyre tread depth that I dispute as I had measured tyres just before the first appointment.

Great service for wheel alignment of modified cars
Took my modified car here for a 4 wheel alignment and camber adjustment after a lot of my usual local places refused to touch it, which was really frustrating.
No such issues here, Jordan in particular did a great job despite me having to bring it back a couple of times (due to issues on my part installing parts wrong!)
Genuinely nice people working here so I highly recommend them, will be back for tyres soon I'm sure

Had 2 pirelli tyres fitted and a wheel alignment afterwards, excellent customer service, funny guy on the reception desk but Unfortunately, he didn't have the moves like jagger.
