Super service over 20 yrs so they must be doing something right!
Asked for advice over tyres on newly purchased car from VW .
Protyre tech was concerned at wear on sidewall !
So was I and also our local VW dealer said the same .
Ordered two new tyres for the front and they arrived next day and were fitted and balanced as normal .
VW dealer I purchased the car from recompensed me for the cost.
Well done Protyre protecting me and my wife from possible disaster.

Had no record of my appointment made through Blackcircles. Didn’t know if my tyres had arrived. Did find them and fit them despite being understaffed and not happy. Won’t be using them again.

Fast and efficient service
Bought two budget tyres for my C1. Pulled up at the time I had specified. Was told I could wait in the waiting room where I was offered free use of the coffee machine.
Fifteen minutes later the work was complete, and I drove away with no fuss or bother. The price was similar to other tyre fitters but Protyre allowed me to book an appointment and there were no "hidden" extras. Payment is made when booking your slot/choice of tyre.

Absolutely brilliant. Ayrton was incredibly helpful and gave sound, honest advice. He saved me from having to spend a lot of money for which I am very grateful and I will certainly be using Protyres Dorchester again. Highly recommended.
