Tread Shrinkflation by over 100%…
The picture of the tyre on the website is very different to the tyre you delivered. 5mm tread on the tyre delivered versus 7.5mm on the advertised tyre. So I have 2mm of usable tread down to your recommended 3mm safe limit, not 4.5mm of usable tread, so less than half tyre life. On the day of fitment you refused to exchange the two tyres, and said your area manager will investigate. A week later you have said the same with no contact from you in the meantime, and I see from other feedback this holding response is from your playback. I am now resorting to trading standards officers to help recover my financial loss from protyre.

Very good service. Had the tyre waiting ready to fit. The fitter was excellent explained what he was doing and asked me if I knew how to set the tyre pressure on the cars computer.
