Staff were polite and friendly, I would have given 5 stars if I hadn't booked in noon and had to wait for over an our to start work on my car.

Wait time is a joke! Nearly 3 hours wait for one tyre. The staff in the office don’t seem to know what they are doing.
Couldn’t actually tell you who was in charge….
The staff in and out of the garage were constantly in and out and looked very overwhelmed with work as so busy. I think you need to hire more staff. Or the why you need 3 on the front and not lending a hand too the other staff when the wait is so long. Unfortunately that will be my last time and will be going elsewhere in sowton due to front of house and lack of staff. The time wait is a joke

Fantastic service, the lady on the front desk was great not just with myself but all the customers, nothing was to much trouble, lovely free coffee, I would of given 5 stars but they were so busy I had to wait quite a bit of time. I would definitely recommend this company

edit 12-2-26 The manager called me quickly after this review and i took the car back in where they sorted the tyre for me. If you do have an issue it’s worth giving them a call or going back as they will try to sort it :)

seems reasonably priced but twice now i have come in, and left with my tyres slowely deflating for unknown reason

Friendly enough member of staff at the counter however the tyre was booked in for 11 to be told end of day it would be ready when the the wheel I had taken off car due to pothole puncture so didn’t even need taking off car I then stated I needed to pick up children from school so then it would be ready at 2 no explanation given for why such a time taken for one wheel not even on a car

Spoke to the manager of the branch who was super helpful and couldn’t do more to put my situation right.

I recently had 2 tyre fitted to car. The service was brilliant and the staff were excellent. Very welcoming and got my car ready in no time. I will definitely be using Protyre again. 5 star service

I arrived just before my appointment time and was immediately booked in and the damaged tyre was replaced in no time. This meat be what you would expect, but on this day the depot was really busy!

Only thing that let them down slightly was how long it took from the moment my car was driven into the garage( this was also a booked appointment) by a chap to which I assume meant he was starting to fit my two front tyres . That all , two front tyres , it took roughly best part of 1.5hrs !! Luckily I wasn’t in a rush , all staff were very professional and welcoming .

Protyre are near my workplace and were professional from the start, giving me a good price for one tyre & getting over a problem with my locking wheel nut key.
