My car partially broke down in Guildford. I crawled towards Protyre. They helped instantly to diagnose the problem, were helpful and generous to my family. I particularly thank Con, the mechanic who helped me. Strongly recommend Protyre

My daughter had a slow puncture, so I swung by on the off chance they could help. They checked all tyres and identified the tracking was out also. Put two new tyres on from stock, moved the other older ones to the rear and sorted the tracking. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I've used them before and will continue to.

Booked my car in for its MOT. Did it online, dead simple. Great people, no fuss, did it while I waited. Tea and coffee provided too. Brilliant service.

Guildford branch. I ordered two van tyres online after speaking to reception staff / checking availability. Turned up and everyone was so helpful. I had my 4yr old son with me too. I went back in next few days to get a van spare changed and an aircon regas on the wife’s car (as I was so impressed) Great pricing and great service from everyone. Told conflicting information. Vehicle connected up for AC re-gas for over an hour and not sure if it even completed the re-gas and vacuum checks. When I went outside I was told it was not getting cold and to try and run it for a while and if still a problem to return to have it de-gassed and talk of refund. But after running the car and no change I called and was told they had Done their bit and to take it to main dealer with no further talk of de-gas or refund.

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. There was quick response to our problems and resolved the issues professionally.

Fitted me in on Saturday for urgent tyre replacement. Good price and friendly service. Would recommend.

I use this place for replacement tyres and servicing/MOTs for all my cars. The price is always competitive, the work is thorough and it’s easy to book a slot online. While you’re there the staff are friendly and helpful , there’s a decent waiting room with sofas and coffee while you wait.

Protyre was recommended to me when I needed to have my rear brake pads replaced. My call was answered very quickly and politely, and I was given an appointment for the same day.👍🏾 How impressive is that ?👌🏾
I was pleased with how quickly the brake pads were replaced at a reasonable price, and I was on my way.
From my observations, the father and daughter team at Protyre have got it nailed. There was a mutual respect in the way they communicated which I found beautiful.
