I told them the wrong tyre size over the phone they got tyres went for fitting found out they were the wrong ones they said no problem got new set next day and fitted them

Chemix/Protyre Halesowen frequently provide tyres at great value. Only downside is that, it's a bit like going to the dentists or the doctors, you book a time and frequently it's 20-30 mins later before they start work.

Absolutely superb service really friendly guys took my car in at the last minute. The lads turned it round and sorted it out for me within an hour absolutely over the moon thank you so much guys.

Excellent service all around. MOT failure work was quoted at a reasonable price. On completion we were informed that some of the work, after closer inspection, was less involved than expected and the final bill was reduced significantly. This was such a refreshing and unexpected change from what normally happens with most businesses today. The lady, Debbie, we dealt with (Service Manager, owner?) was superb and kept us informed of progress, she understands customer service and how a workshop works, many thanks to her. Highly recommended.

Yet AGAIN I'm called at 2am in the morning to do a puncture on an account customers vehicle for the halesowen depot !! Seems to me like same problem getting hold of the required staff out of hours is still an issue !! Sort it out ! Ex employee from over 2 years ago now and still get it !!! Idiots!!

I went into Chemix in Halesowen to get 2 rear tyres replaced after seeing a good offer on line. I showed the gentlemen in reception the offer for the discount at first he said he was unable to give me them at that cost, he suggest i went back on line to purchase them.
He waited for me to do this in reception, he was very patient. He suggested the booking slot and told me to take a seat, the car was done within 30 minutes. This was a very professional and friendly service and i would recommend them.

Kindness when MOT failed due to inability to access bonnet but allowed retest without charge when issue fixed. Very grateful.

As always staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable and good service. Which is why I’ve always had my tyres from Chemix (now Protyre) for nearly fifty years.

Needed help and protyre acted promptly and just got on with what was needed.
