whilst the place was extremely busy…
whilst the place was extremely busy they still managed to let me know where to park and wait. The young lad who did my car was really polite and helpful. The manager was rushed off his feet yet I witnessed 2 occasions where he stopped to help with small jobs that required no charge to the people he helped. That showed to me that caring and having a willingness to help without payment said a lot about the type of company this was.

Just easy
Just easy ! Two young fellows I met obviously know their business. Very supportive in their advice and I was reassured by their response to my choice, two tyres replaced at speed and absolutely no surprises with my bill. My follow-on visit for the wheel nut check was efficient even though they appeared to be quite busy anyway. Don't come very frequently of course but once again confirmed I am right in choosing this depot, as I have done for years. Brilliant !

Drove up, asked if there was a possibility of fitting new tyres to my car.After checking availability for my choice of tyres, was told …’yes, no problem, just waiting for fitter to come back from lunch’ … 35 mins later I was driving away on my new tyres.. 1st rate service 10/10..

Exhausted
I needed a exhaust straightaway as half of mine had fallen off and I was a long way from home. I tried six different places in Market Harborough and Kettering and none of them could do it the same day and I just happened to be driving past this small garage so pulled in. Bobby was super helpful and had the job done within two hours after ordering the parts. Top service!
