If it was for the MOT only, it would be 5* as always had great service when using Protyre. A suggestion for management, don’t book a 8.30 appointment if you don’t open until 9, also teach your receptionist the art of what good customer service should be, Laura you are rude.

I booked for 11am on 8th April
I booked for 11am on 8th April. When I arrived I was told that the appt was for 9th April; this was incorrect. The receptionist found time for me which was good considering the traffic delays at Armley gyratory, 45 minutes from Headingley! The price of the tyre has increased considerably since Sept 2024 ans we will accordingly seek alternative sources next timer. I have been a loyal customer for years, and before 2007 of Alba Tyres, Bradford
