I like the time drop off and pick up…
I like the time drop off and pick up time booking online so you don't have to leave car at garage all day... And they do a great job had my Aircon regased and checked and two weeks later had my oil changed and the staff are brilliant and helpful... Thanks Protyre at New Milton great service... Would recommend.

Tyres In Branch and Fitted Rapidly
My online order meant that the tyres were in branch at the appointment time and were fitted very, very quickly. The staff were courteous and appeared efficient to 'walk-up' customers as they arrived.

Very easy to arrange for any matter with car to be attended to whether incidental, or planned services, mot etc. Staff always friendly, and informative. My car was taken to another mot centre as original too busy, to ensure my car was dealt with same day, rather than making separate appointment again. Price very competitive, especially with the offers available when booking

I went in for 2 new tyres and was informed that I also needed brake pads and disc as on legal limit. Having just had my MOT and full service completed 3 months ago I challenged how this could be tha case when they were not an advisory!
They said this sometimes happens and proceeded to give me a quote for just under £300... I did not trust their opinion so went back to my trusted garage who said that they are not even half worn..... AVOID THIS PLACE....
They tried to take advantage just because I am female, hoping I would believe them and be scared enough to get them to replace when NOT NEEDED...

Shattered suspension coil
Having a few days in the New Forest to celebrate our wedding anniversary - driving down a country road on a little road trip and there was an almighty bang - a suspension coil had shattered. Not knowing the area, I searched on line for someone - anyone! - who might be able to help and got through to the New Milton branch. The guy who answered could not have been more helpful, gave us directions and we limped in very slowly! Arrived about 2:30ish, they identified the problem straight away, and ordered the part. We thought we’d need to leave the car overnight - but the part arrived within about a hour or so and it was completely fixed and we were away by 5:30! Absolutely fantastic service, and the guys could not have been more friendly, professional and helpful. Thank you so much, Protyre New Milton, you were brilliant!

What a little lovely team!
I needed two new tyres.
I first visited Christchurch protyre, the lady was not very helpful or friendly so I chose not to give them my business and telephones protyre in new Milton and spoke to “Brandon” who was beyond helpful and obliging to me.
I booked to go in the following day and was greeted with such a friendly Mannor from all of the team.
The Manager was friendly and professional and you could tell the team were happy.
Well done New Milton Protyre it’s very refreshing to experience such lovely customer service!!
