Shame as this was my convenient garage as it is close to my place of work, but no more!
*After First full service with them I had petrol smell inside my car when driving. They sorted out,saying some silicone was not correctly applied by them
*Missing all tyres pressure valves,when tyres were changed
*Wrong Number of mileage after MOT(luckily I saw it and they changed it)
*AC free check and regas last year,they said "all good,no leaking" and in few months there was no gas left.
*Booked again this year for AC free check and regas and I asked them to be checked properly and "of course" they found it is leaking.
*Locking caps of Ac refrigerant were left loose and opposite( after they checked),so they did not fit them back in place, could fall anytime
*After my 1 star review(just star,no writing) I had a call from them to ask me why the bad review.
After I explained the issues,the guy told me if I can come to them so they will do a regas free of charge.I did not see the point,as the gas will leak,but I was thinking at least,will blow cold air for a few weeks until I will sort out the leaking with another garage!
Anyway,the guy told me to ask for C.(name) or M.(name)
*Been there today, asked for C. or M. but none of them where at work!
I had to explain again the situation to another guy and he told me is not legal to regas AC if it has a leak.
So why did they call me back to garage for a free regas in first place if they knew it is not legal when leaking?
Anyway, my mistake that I trusted them after so many issues!

Surprisingly quick tyre replacement
I brought in a car to the Poole Cabot Lane site for 2 tyres to be replaced. All my previous visits there had been excessively long, but this time the tyres were relaced around 30 minutes after my appointment time. A very welcome improvement.
The reason for 4 stars is that I had earlier emailed the site to ask about the availability of a different brand of tyre, that was listed on their website but not showing as available. No response was ever received, so I had to make do with my second choice of tyre.

Work done on suspension
Dropped off the car with Protyre at 8am and left it with them to work on. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the work on the car didn't take very long. It is convenient to use the garage and will use them again in the future.

Protyre are 5 stars.
Protyre did pads and discs all round for my van. I supplied the parts and they fit them. They were most courteous when called. Their charges were very reasonable and they did a quick turnaround fitting them.
The supplier had sent 2 same handed discs which Protyre technicians reported to me. I got the supplier to send out the other one and Protyre fit that as well at no additional charge.
Great Service. Well done Protyre Poole, Cabot lane.

My job was dealt with immediately and the tyre repaired. The other tyre pressures were also checked. The staff who dealt with me were very efficient, friendly and courteous.
The waiting area was spacious, modern and very clean.
Altogether a pleasant experience.

Online booking was easy.
Online booking was easy including the tyre selection process. The guys on reception were decent lads,and the tyres were fitted swiftly. My car handles and drives well, and I got a product that is suitable within my budget. I'm glad I bought new tyres and happy with the service recieved at Protyre Poole.
