Putting Things Right Quickly
I went to have a slow puncture fixed as I had a couple of long journeys coming up shortly. They diagnosed a small hole which they filled. When I measured the tyre pressure just before setting off, it had dropped by 0.5 bar in 3 days, worse than before the repair.
This morning (9th Dec), Bathwick Salisbury responded very quickly and helpfully to my complaint. The fault has been diagnosed as a crack in the wheel. This should have been detected on the previous visit but mistakes do happen and I cannot fault their response this morning. They were also quick and helpful today (12th Dec)when the tyre needed to be changed to a new wheel.

I have used Bathwick Tyres/Protyre on Wilton Road Salisbury for many years. They have always been friendly, helpful and professional which is why I keep going back.
I like the personal service and reasonable prices delivered with a ‘can do’ attitude, quite refreshing in a time where personal service generally is in decline.

Puncture repair
I booked my car in this week with a slow puncture with Paul at the Salisbury branch, was met by him when I arrived drove the car in, your fitter was straight to work, brought the damaged tyre to show me the small nail in & explained how he was going to repair it.
Twenty minutes later I was on my way, Paul re-set the dashboard info for me, I have always found him & the team at this branch to be friendly & totally professional & certainly will not go any where else. Well done Bathwick !
