Left this review at the time sometime last summer but it hadn't posted

Gone downhill recently. I've not been in about a year because I wasn't happy with the lack of respect of my car, I heard it was new management so I gave it a chance. 3 kids are running it. I booked for 3.30 for an air con regas. I arrived at 3.25 and was told he'd 'get to it when he can'. You're empty and I booked for a time I was told several times to get there promptly through the booking process so why isn't someone waiting for this job.
I went and sat in reception for 20 mins. Then one of the lads comes up to me 'miss, they've sent us the wrong canister so we can't do it. we can't do anything this late in the day, had you come this morning we could've done something." And I called him out for first blaming the supplier, then me! I told him I booked at 3.30 because I've been at work all day and it's not my fault you havnt bothered to check a delivery. I'm not a walk in. This was pre-booked. And he kept saying versions of I should've been there earlier. So I told him to give me my keys and I'm leaving. He wanted to rebook me and I told him no chance and as I was getting in my car he calls after me 'actually miss, this IS the right one.' to which I said 'too late now, I'm leaving.'. Not even an apology. Such a shame. I've been using this place as long as I've been driving and the standard gets lower each visit. Uneducated people are being given too much responsibility unfortunately. I emailed for a refund Received a passive aggressive email back saying it'll take 5 days. 2 weeks later still waiting. I sent another email 4 days ago saying we still don't have it. No reply. Opened a claim with my bank now!

Just so easy! Team are super friendly and the service received was excellent. Brilliant efficiency would highly recommend.

Outstanding service, friendly staff, and genuine tyres at a reasonable price. Definitely recommended, and I’ll come back again next year when the front two tyres are due to be changed.

Arrived at the centre 5 mins before my booking time. A member of the team was straight out to greet me and confirmed what was being done (2 front tyres and wheel alignment). Was told it would be ready in around 40 mins so I popped to the shops came back 35 minutes later a job was done and the car was ready to go.
All in all great service, no faffing around and the steering now feels great after the wheels were realigned. Will definitely use again.

Although the tyre shop was busy the guys were polite helpful and understanding and dealt with my tyre issue 👍
