The price was very good, no quibbles there.
My only gripe is a very small one, the coffee machine doesn't give change (who carries money anyway) so they've made white coffee and tea free but black coffee and tea is 30p not an issue more of a grump lol

Car was booked in for 12 o'clock to have 2 tyres fitted car stood for 1hr 10 mins befor they started the work it took 1 hrs 30 mins to get my car back and that is because I approached the counter and asked what was taking so long

Excellent service as always. Took car in for MOT and it failed significantly. They managed to obtain all the parts for an 18year old car and fit without fuss. The only negative is that they are very busy and it took a while to get everything booked in, but it was worth the wait to get the car back in working order. (which is actually a positive if you think about it.. I'd rather wait for good service than rush through with poor service). Thanks for the good work.

The sevice I get is good, like it was with Gates.
But lately, im beging dout the sevice im getting, because I got a trye a new trye on i the afternoon, By the evening the wheel on the oppisste side started jamming & that was three days ago,and I still dont know how much its going to cost.

I booked in for 11. 30 for a bronze service the car was still stood where I parked it a 12.30 when i complained they said they were running behind. So they gave me a slot for next day. And it turns out the oil filter that was delivered was wrong one. Not once but twice i had to wait over 2.5hrs. It was totally unacceptable
