Impossible to change your nominated bank account
Most of what Raisin does is great - you get a terrific range of accounts and good interest rates. Unfortunately there is one big flaw - it is at present, impossible to change your nominated bank account. I switched banks and then tried to change the nominated account - the first part of the process is that you are supposed to receive an email with a verification link, but it did not arrive. As my email account is linked to my business website, I called my web designer and he told me the message had bounced for no discernible reason. I phoned Customer Services, who created a ticket number and said they would ask their tech team to look into it. After the customer services call had ended, I did get an email about that so there wasn't an issue with receiving emails from Raisin, per se. One week later and I'd heard absolutely nothing. I decided to take my own action, and I changed my email on the account; this worked in so far as, I received emails verifying the address and another saying I had successfully updated the address. I then cancelled the original bank account change request and started a new one, at which point an email should have gone to the new address but yes, you've guessed it, it did not work. Having spoken to my web guy again, he looked further into the bounced emails and discovered the sending email address, which is uk-info AT Raisin, has a spam score of 6. This is very high - most web servers will reject anything higher than five. This makes Raisin totally unworkable, unless you never have to change your nominated account details. I now have savings stuck in an account with them that I cannot withdraw and I may have to report them to the Ombudsman if they don't get it sorted in the next couple of days.
Very Poor Customer Service
I have been saving with Raisin now for 3 years. I have been very happy with the various savings rates that they offer...however upon recently Referring a Friend they refused to deposit the £50...after several back and forwards they accepted they had to pay. 1 month later I was offered a bonus of £150 if I deposited £10,000 of new money. Now they are backing out of paying by claiming I used "existing money"...I have now lost all trust with Raisin...if they are like this with their offers...what happens if I have a problem that affects my savings...can't ring them and they take days to respond

Excellent company
Raisin makes saving so easy. With Raisin, I can open accounts in other countries with interests almost twice as large as in my country (The Netherlands). And opening an account is very easy. Very user-friendly site, very trustworthy. and very communicative. I've been using it for almost three months and so far I am very pleased. Definitely recommend this company.

Dodged a bullet
Registered through app, I am in Poland but selected for the app and everything to be in English.
Half the stuff is in English and half in Polish.
Identification process in the app gives phone control to Raisin representative that enables the camera and microphone as soon as they call you, be aware of that.
Representative seemed to be working in chains, emotionless, like a bot.
I then get a message that identification was concluded, I now need to send residencial proof to conclude the registration.
I send required document and after 3 days I receive a message in Polish, after translating it says my ID was afterall not accepted because it doesn't have emission date and I have to "click here" to resubmit using different ID.
I reply in English that there is no link and the supposed link is only text, also that ID is government emitted and is the one I use everywhere.
They reply again in Polish with a copy/paste of previous message.
I reply again in English saying the link is still only text and asking what do they want as ID then and that as first support interaction is not showing them in a good side.
They then reply again in Polish saying they will delete my account and if I want I can try to create a new one later on.
Suffice to say I replied that they can delete the account and that under GDPR law I demand to have all data related to me deleted and a proof they did so.
I had already read some reviews here saying their cusromer support is garbage and they handle situations very poorly, I still tried and was thinking putting a small amount and see how it goes, well, I am glad it didn't even got past registration then, feels like I dodged a bullet.
Be conscious that support will not help you if you have a problem, read the other negative reviews, stay safe.

Use at your own risk
I've used the platform for several years and have purchased more than a dozen CDs. But I opened a new one around the time of the AWS problems. Not sure if that was the issue but two identical CDs were opened at the same time. I only noticed when the bank informed me I was overdrawn! Raisin refuses to accept the responsibility and I would get a steep penalty if I cancel the duplicate myself. So when my current CDs mature, I will no longer be a Raisin customer and will be vocal about their questionable ethics.
Easy way to earn a little more
Simple, straightforward, fast. Works exactly as one would expect from a professional outfit. Very happy with the service.

Sent money to Raisin account for a…
Sent money to Raisin account for a relative high interest rate. Noticed that I was manipulated to choose a next bank where my money would automatically be sent after this 3 months offer period. So the systema blocked me several days cause I didn't want to continue and make other commitments, cause need my money for other purposes after 1.5 months. Anyway I felt manipulated and even offer for a fraudulent activities. The result was that even I cancelled, I lost interests for some days. Absolutely no customer friendly systema.
Great products available if you can navigate the complex platform system
The actual products available are great but navigating the platform is complicated and requires significant changes. The phone advisor I had to speak to yesterday was excellent and took me step by step through the process that was required.
Raisin.com has poor customer service.
Raisin.com has unexplained login issues: my password worked right before I transferred large six figure from my other account and stopped working when I tried same password next day; unable to reset password (link to reset it was never emailed to me) and no response when I emailed their customer service…
I emailed Raisin’s support and service emails - asked them to call me if they need, no response for a week. Raisin claimed they need a copy of my DL & password uploaded first (cannot be emailed) - but their verification website has technical issues and does not work which I told them and there’s no answers: so far it feels like there’s no real human available and AI who manages this is incompetent.
They’re not a bank, I have no direct access to 2 bank accounts I opened with them - very frustrating and disappointing- I’m now at their mercy, this stressful situation is unacceptable, filed complaints with BBB and consumer finance.
Raisin - one bank with access to the best on offer
Raisin is a great place to save and earn good interest on your money.
Easy access on your phone and with a newly designed interface, very simple to navigate.
not for amateurs or busy people
dont think of this service, unless you have lots of time to try and work out how it works..withdrawing your own money is almost unbelievably hard!
