This financial service was once excellent, but has become really bad. In my case, I have spent more than 3 weeks trying to change the "reference account" to which payouts will be made. I have written them 5 times. Absolutely no response. My old reference account, which has been closed, is still the one shown on Raisin. So I really wonder what happens when my pay-out is due? Will my money (around 200.000 EUR) end up in some limbo between closed bank accounts? I fear the worst. It's really bad when a financial service is so overwhelmed that they cannot find time to deal with this kind of important and urgent business.

Secure reliable and so easy to do business with. Raisin have all the answers easily available relating to every aspect of the transaction including local Tax implications.

Beware if it's too good to be true. They're advertising very generous bonuses to deposit money to NEXBANK. Spent two hours trying to set up and link a checking account and a savings account with established financial institutions. Tried every option they presented in three different browsers and got failures each time.
I am registered with Raisin but unable to proceed further.

TO RAISIN: I've read your obsequious answers to many of your one star reviews. most of which involved members NOT BEING ABLE TO GET THEIR MONEY. Don't bother. If your software is that sloppy and your excuses that weak, I'll keep my 100K safely where it is.

They don't accept European Union documents. And any other documents, even in Polish. A month trying to do verification, at first they say my document should be verified through support, then support just kicks you from one staff to another, and no help.

I do not recommend investing through that platform, it don't look safe.

Easy to open the a/c and very easy to understand and use the website

I have only been a customer for about a week but so far the set up was easy and opening new accounts was even easier. No problems at all.

A great place to save money and invest. It has several options of banks to choose with great rates and it´s easy to use. Also the options to invest with the DWM are great and I´ve seen great results from there

I'm giving up on Raisin, luckily before I wired any money; it took them 5 business days to find out that video verification had failed, and now I'm 3rd day forcing them and re-confirming to close my account on the platform, which they suggested themselves (because they don't give you the option to 'fix' video verification for the same account, you need to open a new one); I definitely don't intend to send 6-digit amounts through such an incompetent and slow institution

Probably the best rates for fixed term savings. Not the best for instant demand accounts but it's great they added them.

Customer support can be slow to respond to messages. But at least it's real people, not some AI copy-pasting half-unrelated responses!

In general it's not as automated/fast as it could. For instance, it can take a couple of days for the deposit/withdrawal operations to actually be processed. Also, it takes a few months to get tax information document instead of being automatically generated on the first days of January.

Another annoyance is that some banks require paperwork with actual papers that have to be sent through the post! Doesn't make much sense nowadays. Better to use accounts without any withholding taxes and declare everything. Simpler and avoids postage costs (and errors).

So, in a way, it feels a bit like the old way of banking even though it's a FinTech company. Still, happy to recommend it.
