In what has been unusual times with the turmoil in the media about interest rates, will there / won't there be a housing crash.

Randalls handled my onward out if area purchase.
I was refused a viewing when asked as it came near to the sale.
The result was large amounts of rubbish and removed fittings from 2 rooms that were recorded as staying.
Personally, I felt harassed as a buyer and at times had to.pacify the estate agent instead of the other way around.
May be great for the seller but as a purchaser did not feel wholly supported. Now left with additional costs.

An amazing company and an amazing team. Simon was engaging, supportive and tenacious. Without his personal touch and guidance we wouldn't have secured our dream home. They are refreshingly different to other estate agents and I certainly wouldn't be looking at using anyone else in the future.
