I had a wonderful, smooth transaction from start to finish. There was a minor hiccup, but the manager personally called me and handled everything quickly, professionally, and with such a friendly attitude. Torrence made the whole process stress-free and even took the time to explain the warranty options, which I ended up purchasing. Overall, it was a great experience with excellent customer service.

Sheldon helped my husband and I pick out a couch for our new pool house, he was so patient and kind going through the measurements and the sizes and different options with us! He followed up and made sure the couch worked and let us know if there's anything else we need to not hesitate, he was a pleasure and a joy to work with and be around I recommend him 20 times again!! I will definitely be going back for our next piece of furniture and asking for Sheldon

We had an incredible experience! I really appreciate the sales consultant giving us space as we looked at couches and checked in on us from time to time, It was nice to look by our selves without being pressured. Mr. Sheldon was incredible!
