I did a fair amount of online investigation before going to the store, so I basically knew the style of furniture I wanted. My salesperson, Eric, from the Victor store was terrific! He was very professional, very familiar with the product offerings and he was very helpful in the material selection. I will definitely recommend him to others.
There was an excellent variety of fabrics to choose from and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for!
Looking forward to having my new furniture delivered!

Marie was very helpful! Very good with suggestions and not very pushy at all. She was very understandable of my situation and was very nice. Will be working with her in the future.

Knowledgeable sales person, who honored our request to leave us alone while we wandered around the store looking for what we wanted.

Once we walked in we were greeted and directly walked to the sales associate for bedding. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable of their jobs. A very comfortable atmosphere and enjoyable purchasing experience.

Mike was very helpful and patient with us.

I really liked the rep I worked with but the customer service sucks. His warmer personality is the reason this gets 2 stars. And I like the furniture I picked.

I walked in and no one cracked a smile, probably because they weren't making a dime off me. There was a congregation of sales people and I honestly felt like an inconvenience.

I walked into the store and walked around for at least 15 mins before anyone acknowledged my existence.
Another shopping couple kept saying, "obviously no one wants a sale..." because no one approached them either. I walked by them 2 times in about 30 mins and they said the same thing again.

I almost was going to request that no one get my commission because that's how awful it was. I was angry looking for furniture when I should be happy and wanting to spend my money.

I finally was semi approached by sales guy. Maybe he wasnt trying it pounce in me but there was too much time between when I entered and when I was approached. It left me feeling like I wasnt taken seriously as a buyer.

I did purchase but there were times that I was so annoyed just being in the presence of at least 20 people who didn't want to help or even bother cracking a smile because they weren't getting anything from me. When it was time for me to ask a question, I couldnt find my guy and clearly looked lost. No one offered to help and I just walked around the giant store for 20 minutes in circles.

Luckily, the check out counter has a nice woman because this was awful. I'll defintely consider going elsewhere in the future even though I've spend a couple thousand dollars at this store in the past 6 months. I'm sure I'm not the only person, I'm just the only one to let you know because bad customer service is my biggest pet peeve.

I would be appalled if my employees treated the people this way and would act neccesarily to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Not very happy. Was not able to order online with Raymour and Flanigan existing financing. Stopped into the store and the associate stated that he would check into the current friends and family discount being offered, but he never looked into the discount and kept asking about other options to distract me from asking about it again. Seems like a bait and switch operation. I will not be returning for any more purchases in the future. Beware.

Cheryl Walters is the perfect sales person! We found her professional, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. She took the time to research and answer our questions but didn’t waste our time or make us feel under pressure to sign on the dotted line. We haven’t always had that experience at R&F so we won’t hesitate to shop there again if we can call on her to represent R&F.
