The salesperson, Eric, helped me view furniture on a previous visit. He recalled the furniture I was interested in. Yesterday I made two purchases and in another month or so, I expect to make several more purchases.

Fast and friendly customer service.
We received notice that an order was ready for pick up. As soon as we walked in a sales rep directed us to the customer service desk. Our order was confirmed. We were in and out in less than 5 minutes. We drove around back and our order was brought out before we parked the car.

Good Experience
Once the purchase was made, things were expedited quickly. Received free delivery. Sales reps were polite. Only seedy thing, made known later to me on the purchase of a bed, is they offer you a mattress cover for a $100. I bought it only to return it unopened 2 days later because I could get a superior cover for less than half the price. The manager had to sign off on the return because their 120 try out on the mattress becomes void without their cover. I can understand their reasons but there was a
hint of deceitfulness in the way it was presented....

We were greeted upon entering the store…
We were greeted upon entering the store even though it was late and close to closing time. The employee was attentive, helpful, and spent his time assisting us. We located the furniture we wanted and the entire process to purchase was effortless and professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend this store to purchase furniture. Poor customer service when there was a problem.
Called Store after unboxing item. There is noticible bubbling in the surface. The veneer isn't wood,it's contact vinyl. The store wants me to load this back up, drive 45 mins to the store, unload,then reload and hope this one is good when I get home. All the while I do not have a bedframe. Where is the customer service. Now I m stuck with a bedframe that looks like CRAP.
