Staff is very friendly and helpful…
Staff is very friendly and helpful without being intrusive! We never felt rushed or pressured in any way. We dealt primarily with Drew and a woman whose name we can't recall, but she was very good too. Drew was who we closed the deal with and he was professional and terrific. We love our new couch and are looking forward to the new chair we also ordered!

Great Service!
My husband and I went to the Millbury location to shop for a new mattress/bed and we had a great experience. Linda our sales rep. was so informative about the quality of the mattresses. We bought the Beauty Rest Plush that she suggested and couldn’t be happier with her recommendation! We both have orthopedic problems and this mattress makes all the difference. We ended up buying the olive wood platform bed as well which looks amazing!! The managers Alex and Bret were great not to mention customer service! Delivery went smoothly, within a week everything was in place. I highly recommend making your next purchase at this store!

Would have been a 5 star except for the fact you will not remove one for one. The man they directed me to wanted 150.00 to take one old recliner. I purchased a new one from rumor but would not take old one when delivering new one Otherwise, store was wonderful, sales people were wonderful, manager was wonderful

Karen was very friendly and was able to answer most of my questions. I was somewhat disappointed in not being able to get a better idea of the fabric or the firmness of the cushions, since the couch was available only online, and nothing from the same manufacturer was in store.
