We thought th salesman was cordial,honest and helpful. We believe he was looking out for our best interest and answered all our questions to his best abilities.

I was helped as soon as I walked in the door, and since I knew what I was there for it made my visit very easy. Staff is always helpful.

I had a great experience when I can in to visit the show room. Very nice salesman who was knowledgeable and explained the details of the furniture I was buying and walked me through the process. This is my second purchase with the store and I would definitely shop again with you guys.

I LOVE this place so much!! Drew is amazing 🌟and helped me pick out my furniture for my new apt. They have a kitty of nice stuff and in stock too! I ordered a couch and it is coming in less than a week. I went back today and ordered my dining room set and a coffee table with a rug and i plan on going back for everything else! 😊 they make the payment easy with the knowledge and care knowing that it is a large purchase and may have to call your bank. They are all very knowledgeable kind patient and caring. By far the best customer service I have ever received ! Thank you a 1000x

I already had in mind what I was going to buy when I came to the store. The gentleman who worked with me was respectful, helpful and friendly throughout the experience. It was my first time in the store and thanks to the level of comfort that I felt during this visit, I would definitely consider R&F for any future furniture needs.

True pros. Never overpowering. Got us all the answers we needed. Also got us right in line with out price point. Very transparent and accommodating. Highly recommend.

I just think it's sad that you charge a 40% restocking fee after only having the chair 3 weeks! However, the sales people at the Millbury, MA Raymour & Flanagan are super friendly and very helpful!!

I can only say it was a blessing when I walked in your Store !your personell is very helpful and professionell. But the also been there for me to buy a mattress while Iam not able to go to the store I thank Andrew for making my shopping so pleasant ! I will refer your Store anywhere!!!‘

my experience with the store and staff was fine. The expected delivery has been a problem. At purchase we were told of a March delivery, then April and now May. Our question is were these delivery issues known at the time of sale and kept from us to close the sale. Just alot of excuses

Karen was pleasure to work with no pressure and kept checking in. Our daughter is moving into a new apartment and we will be heading back and asking for Karen!!

Charlene at the Millbury location is fantastic. She is prompt, fair, and no BS. She was instrumental in helping us understand how to evaluate furniture (wood type, joint types, etc), and also took the time to understand what we were actually solving for. Because of her work, we were able to quickly come to a decision, and buy very easily. With more than fair financing options, we are very satisfied with our experience and will continue to go to Charlene for our furniture needs. Highly recommended
