I am amending my previous review in light of new circumstances. One month after the purchase of a Beautyrest Harmony Lux Carbon Series Plush Pillow Top mattress, I returned to the store because my mattress was caving in. I was emailed directions on how to measure this with a long stick and ruler. This is not an adequate way to measure due to the pillow top memory. However, all you have to do is lay on the bed to feel how far it has caved. Please note that I only weigh 135# and not 200. And this is after 1 month. I am concerned after reading other reviews that they will gaslight me and not honor my request to return this defective product. Stay tuned. Someone is coming to view the mattress this week.

The salesman Mike Smith was very helpful, even going on the computer looking for what my wife wanted . The lady in billing was also quite helpful, that's why my wife is a return costumer.

Everything went fine with the exception of processing my credit card which involved numerous phone calls and me calling my credit card company saying it was a Raymour issue.

I was able to order the items I was interested in over the phone. I had visited your website many times and finally called and spoke to John in Sales. He was very patient and helpful. I was able to consult my computer and John his tablet and we worked out an order. I was pleased to have been able to do it this way since we had just had a large snowstorm and this made things easy. I look forward to the delivery.

John the salesman was great. He helped me pick the color from a design perspective that would go with my decor. Very personable and made me feel comfortable.

We went in looking for a full size sleeper love seat. We were greeted as we came in and the woman was extremely helpful and showed us exactly what we wanted. She was pleasant and made the transaction quick and smooth.
