Easy shopping experience not pushy at all

We were not pressured, or followed around by any salesman, took our time looking around when we decided on something, went to a salesman and talk to him overall was very nice and no pressure.

Great ideas great communication pleasant atmosphere.

Colin gave me the best customer service. He was kind,very patient and understanding. I worked in retail for 10 years, and he is 20 stars not 5

We were totally mislead regarding the Protection plan. We did not receive the explanation of what was cover or NOT COVERED under
raymour's Protection Plan until after we puchased the Plan. We bought a Power Lift Recliner, which is not cheap. We were told that the Protection Plan would cover our furniture 100% regardless of the repair. The sales person sells you the Protection Plan just to make more money for Raymour. We had purchased, two couches, an over sized chair and a coffee table as well as the recliner.

The seat cushion deflated, as if there was actually no cushion. We called to see if it could be repaired. Even though we have the Protection Plan on the recliner we were told it was not covered under the Plan. We could PAY $125 to have it repaired.

My sales person (Sam Bogdan, Union road store} was very helpful, pleasant and sat with me and answered all questions I had. Final transaction was easy and problem free he made it a truly satisfying experience.

The salesperson Dave spent time showing us and listening to what we were interested in. We would definitely go back if we needed any other furniture. Thank you Dave for your time.

Collin Gwitt was excellent. I explained my situation and what I needed and he took me to it. It was perfect. Very nice young man and not a pushy salesman.

Carmella Lonzi was very knowledgeable about all the various types of mattresses, and what would be especially good for my body type. She spent a lot of time with me going back and forth between mattresses. She never tried to up-sell me any products, just pointed out how it would enhance my purchase. She also took time after the sale to walk around the store with me looking at various items. Very nice personality. PS I did purchase the pillow and mattress cover, and I'm happy with my entire purchase. She really was a pleasure to work with.

I enjoyed shopping for the furniture I bought because Tom did hover or follow us. He allowed us the freedom to talk and look at whatever we wanted. When we were ready he was very knowledgeable about our selection and very helpful with financing. We had gone to 2 other stores before your union rd store. The first one we left because the sale rep hovered and that is annoying. The 2nd store was your Wiiliamsville store . All outer doors were locked and signs said we had to go through the mall. Not happening. We left.
