Carmella L. is wonderful. I had bought an adjustable bed about 2 years ago with her help. This year due to illness in our household I needed to replace the mattress with a queen one piece mattress . Carmella handled everything over the phone with me and arranged delivery for next day and 6 month financing. I can’t thank her enough for such great service. Terry Jarka

Dan was helpful throughout the process. The store is laid out nicely with enough outlets so that customers can try everything out. Very helpful in my opinion!

Friendly and knowledgeable salesman. I told him what I was looking for and price I was willing to pay. He brought me to several selections explaining each. I picked my new mattress set out and it was delivered the next day. Great service!

Great associate staff
The manager and sales associate, Micah Stone were truly professional. I was firm in the price that I wanted to pay, yet they remained very professional in dealing with me and did everything in their power to come up with a price that was workable for both of us. The end result was that we were both happy, they sold , and I bought.
Prices are not always etched in stone, but the way to come to a workable deal for both parties is how sales associates do there job, and they both did it well. It is the quality of people that Raymour & Flanigan hire that make the difference, they truly went above my customer expectation. You should be very proud of these outstanding associates.
