Salesman Joe Hernandez was knowledgeable and patient answering any and all questions. Really helped narrow down my choices and then make a decision

We purchased a sectional 5 years ago with Platinum Protection. It has held up great but the cushions started to wear; Raymour came 2 x over the course of 3 years and refilled them. The 3rd time I called, they replied that they would bring a completely new set of inserts. The sectional seems like brand new!
We recently purchased a set of over sized, really comfortable recliners. Our grandson put a tear in 2 of the pieces. Paul at the Union Road store went above and beyond to make sure both pieces were promptly replaced. We really appreciate the customer service and the Platinum Protection has been well worth it!

David was amazing. He really worked with me and was very knowledgeable about products and financing options. there was no pressure and he made me feel very welcome and appreciated as a customer

It was easy shopping online. I hope it's just as easy when it's time to pick up the furniture.

R&F sent me an email with the promise of Free Delivery with the purchase of a mattress there was no mention of restrictions for Free Delivery I am a veteran and your ad was for a Discount and Free Delivery was somewhat less than what I was led to believe it would be. As for the product that remains to be seen.
The service was fine however the company’s integrity is not.If you want my business from now on, you will need to live up to your promise and refund the extra 100.00 your sales man weaseled out of me.

Our salesperson and the manager were amazing. They were patient and helped us with all our questions.

He was extremely helpful and kind and knowledgeable.I have never had a salesman so kind.

Sam helped me find the living room furniture that fit my need. He was patienced while I tried several reclining living room sets and thenwent home and measured to make sure it fit.

Had spoken to Casey last week, who followed up with a letter that indicated the product we had been interested was on sale. We called the store who indicated that Casey was on vacation for the week. We spoke with Dan who said he would be able to assist us. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions. We chose to go forward with the sale. He assured us that Casey would be involved in the commission sharing. We appreciate the integrity of a system that shares among employees. We are now looking forward to the delivery of this product.

We have always told our friends & family about Raymour and the wonderful sales people we have dealt with and the great products they have!!

Merchandise was exactly what we were looking for, price was reasonable, and delivery was within a few days. My husband was in the hospital at the time, and I needed a recliner proportioned for him (he’s only 5 ft tall) for when he came home. The manager was very understanding of my needs and gave me the attention I needed, pointed me in the right direction, gave me some time on my own to try various chairs, then was right there when I’d made my decision and wanted to proceed with the purchase. We’ve bought a lot of furniture there in the past - always a positive experience - and will continue to do so in the future.

Amy Rupp at the Olean, NY branch is AMAZING. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our choices. Can’t wait for delivery day!
