I’m always sceptical when ordering bigger items on the internet. I was contacted very soon after placing the order to agree a convenient delivery, with the item arriving in the time slot promised. I am very pleased with this chair which seems very good quality for the offer price. A minor drawback is self assembly but with care I managed to do this with no drastic errors in less than an hour. I would certainly recommend Recliner Collection for future purchases.

Pleasant, courteous service. Talked through my order and said delivery would be 2 to 3 days and sure enough it was. Item just as described, It fitted the bill exactly so I ordered a second chair, I am very pleased, would recommend Recliner Collection to anyone.

Very efficient delivery service. Instructions could be clearer both in terms of diagrams and wording. Colour coding the various sizes of screws would be a major improvement. I eventually put it together on my own but as it stated much easier if two people were involved..

Overall though a very attractive and comfortable chair and good value for money.

It took me sometime to find you and less than 5 minutes to find the exact armchair I have been looking for.
I cannot believe how I can have my new chair well before Christmas and can only just keep the butterflies in my stomach still.

re. my review on the locking off on my recliner chair. James from the company got in touch and the engineer was sent to me to asses the fault. one week later James got back in touch with me and said they was going to replace the chair.( happy days). can't fault this service.

Lovely comfortable chairs, great for an afternoon nap! Quick service and excellent delivery by two very well mannered chaps, who helped move old furniture out of the way. Second time I have bought these recliners.
