Ordering was straightforward, delivery as promised with information given prior to delivery. Happy with quality and comfort, slight disappointment in that hight cannot be adjusted.

Only buy one of these 'bonded leather' swivel reclining chairs if you are happy it will only last for 4-5 years. If you can accept that, they are attractive and comfortable chairs.
I bought mine in October 2015 and was very happy with it. It still is a comfortable chair, but after 4 years the the 'bonded leather' head rest and arms started to crack. This is from occasional use, in a clean pet-free house, carefully used and cared for.
This cracking continued, the surface peeling, and now it's just not something I want in my home. Plus it would cost me to have it taken away! (Unfortunately, currently my local charities only want saleable items.) Very disappointing, an otherwise good and comfortable chair, let down (in my opinion) by the 'not fit for purpose' covering.
I emailed KH Direct before writing this to let them know, and quickly received a phone call from them. Very pleasant chat, but the upshot is they think that 4-5 years is the reasonable life for this chair, as it cost only £160. I don't agree, I expect any piece of furniture to last much longer than this.
Apparently rather than use a covering which is suitably robust, KH Direct are happy that the chairs they sell today, will end-up in a landfill tip in 4-5 years. What a waste!
KH kindly offered me a discount off another chair, but to me there's no point if I need to replace it in a few years.
I think people should be made aware of the short life of this chair. However, if you're OK with that, then go ahead and buy. For 4-5 years you'll have a nice chair.

Really happy with the quality of recliner chair and delivery service

The finish quality was nice and subtle for leather/fabric, and fitted together easily. The only complaint was the pivot/boss that supports the seat. They had to be taken apart and filed down to get them to swivel, as they were both too solid to move. Not an easy job !

The chair is of good quality and really comfortable.
Assembly is easy and both are well built. The chair and foot rest are a modern design with a nice and sturdy construction.
The company were good to deal with and delivery came on time with lots of communication updating the delivery time.
Both the recliner and the company get a big thumbs up from me. 👍

Great company to deal with, keep you well informed. Delivery was quick(no 3 month wait). Chairs came flat packed but are easy to assemble, all fittings suplied. I find them very comfortable and easy to recline and the foot stool is at a good height and match. Went on to buy a sofa from the sister company.
