Shocking, disgrace of a company. Formerly Personal Lettings, I can only assume the name change of the business is as a result of an alleged investigation by trading standards mentioned in the only review of the old business I can find (which I can absolutely believe given my experience).
Continuous failure to undertake repairs, many of which mentioned prior to even moving in.
No apparent knowledge of their own letting agreement.
Most of the staff don't seem to have a clue what they're doing (or rather what they're supposed to be doing).
And still haven't received our security deposit back, despite the property being in a much cleaner and better state of repair than it was when we moved in.
Would rate in negative stars if it would let me. Although I would like to commend two members of staff who visit the properties, Jamie (I think) and Colville.
This aside, don't go anywhere near this place if you're thinking of renting.

I rented out my property with rite home, certainly would Not recommend! ! They lost my keys.
My alarm system was disconnected and broken by previous Tenant.
Yet despite several calls and emails still waiting on owner Roberto to fix!!!

I have recently bought and sold a flat with RiteHome and I am happy to say that they made the whole experience stress free. They provided tradesmen to do those little jobs you need at the last minute to get your house on the market. They produced fabulous photos and presented the flat on the web within the week. They sold the property in 10 days.
Throughout every step buying the new property, I felt like I had someone to support me and a month after moving in they are still responding to requests for advice.
I wholeheartedly recommend RiteHome for a stress free house moving experience.

From start to finish I found Ritehome to be professional, friendly and extremely helpful. I mostly dealt with Catherine who was always there when I needed advice, even responding to my emails at 9pm!! She explained the whole process. I opted for the upfront payment which was very reasonable compared to other estate agents.

Its easy to say that I liked RiteHome for selling my house with the right first buyer and at the price I wanted. However, with house buying and selling there is always a need for direct contact with your agent and honest communications, it is a stressful time for all parties. RiteHome had it all for me and at a cost that was affordable!

Catherine was at our side through the whole buying process and really went the extra mile to see that we were happy with our purchase. Her follow up was excellent and any queries we had were dealt with swiftly and efficiently. She was a genuine advocate between us and the vendor with our interests at heart. Staff were very helpful. Went out there way to make sure things were done quickly. There was no messing about like I have had in the past with other company's. They were very professional I Would them recommend to family and friends .

I had an excellent experience with RiteHome and can recommend them highly. At a fraction of the cost of a regular agent they helped me secure a tenant and were great at staying in contact during the whole process.

The easiest way to review RiteHome is that they do the same job as a high street Estate Agent but at a far lower cost. The customer service provided by Scott was first class, he always returned calls quickly and was very helpfull.
I would definitely use RiteHome again and would recommend them to anyone else.
