We were in a terrible situation before RiteHome agreed to rent our flat for us and become our property letting agent. They took all our stress away, guided us through the whole process and ensured we had everything done by the book. We didn't know what to do, living 13000 miles away in new Zealand is very hard when things go wrong in Glasgow, but RiteHome have solved all our problems and are continuing to give an excellent service. We are happy to put our trust in these guys and would highly recommend RiteHome to anyone looking to rent out their property through an agent who knows what they are doing.

I am self employed, went to 2 different mortgage advisors and couldnt get a mortgage. Scott from ritehome had my mortgage offer within a week and had the deal rapped up soon after. This is my second property as I am a landlord and hope to buy houses in the future.Scott made th full process simple, Ritehome are the only choice for me to do buisiness with in the future.

I would use Rightmove again, dealt mainly with Scott, he was always friendly, listened to what I thought and always dealt very quickly with any enquires. There was not the pressure to reduce price for sale or accept first offer, unlike Other Estate Agents. Website is good and easy to navigate around. I found Scott very efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

A full marketing package with excellent back up systems, follow up calls and professional service, I'd recommend Ritehome to anyone wanting to sell their home.

Given I assumed that most people shop for homes on the internet rather than in the shop window, I was not prepared to waste money on a high street estate agent. RiteHome offered a cheap package which got me a home report and placed me on the main websites, and I was pleased with this. After a while, my home received no interest and I contacted them (by email) to review this. Nobody got back to me. After waiting, I decided to remove my listing and go elsewhere and after informing them of my intent, I was contacted by a representative who apologised for the oversight, and attempted to make amends. I decided to give them another go and from then on, found them to be more responsive.

On the upside, the service is competitively priced and I was (at the second attempt) made to feel like a valued customer and offered good advice and mainstream listing which ultimately led to the sale of my flat. On the downside, I felt that I always had to chase them, and that nobody was monitoring my sale until I contacted them. The home report they provided was also inadequate for the people who purchased my flat and as part of the sale, I was forced to pay for a further valuation (the purchasers could not find a bank who would accept the valuation I received through RiteHome). Perhaps this is a case of getting what you pay for, however.

Rite Home provides an excellent home selling service. Their website is first-rate, and the presentation of house particulars on the site is colourful, attention grabbing, comprehensive, and ensures nationwide exposure via property portals such as Rightmove, and S1 Homes.
The staff are knowledgeable and highly professional in their approach; they listen to all that you say in order to best assess your needs; they are highly supportive and communicative; and while they are invariably polite and friendly and operate within a "customer is always right" framework,they will always offer very sound advice and politely try to steer you away from making a wrong decision.
Also, of paramount importance to a home seller, they unfailingly and actively follow up enquiries from potential buyers, and seek feedback from viewings with commendable persistence.
Finally, they negotiate skilfully and will bargain hard on your behalf to get you the best possible deal.
I would not hesitate for an instant to use Rite Home again, and would thorougly recommend them.(Particular thanks to Scott and Jason!)

Why pay hundreds of pounds in commission when you have to pay only a fixed upfront fee. Service was excellent in terms of taking pictures and creating the listing. You have to do your own viewings but who is better placed that you to explain the benefits and highlights of your property. Sold my flat within a few weeks of listing after being lister with a traditional high street agent for over a year.

My experience with Rite Home has been great,a seamless process from start to finish. They even guided me through some difficult legal issues that they had noticed and that I was unaware of. Ultimately I got me the best possible service that I could have hoped for and I would certainly use their services again in the future.

From the first approach, pictures, recommendations and support, RiteHome have been great throughout my sale. At a fraction of the cost of a regular agent they were helpful and great at staying in communication, even after the sale went into the solicitors hands they were always there to answer questions. I would recommend them to a friend quite happily.
