Extremely unhelpful and contradictory customer service for a customer of 20 years. Issue with a product not only on your own but Enfield “customer service” will try charge you more than you paid 2 years ago and £250 delivery for a small table. 20 years of buying products, never again.

We had a very positive experience with the team at La Roche-Bobois in Basel while selecting the Ipanema dining table and its matching chairs.

From the outset, the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care in understanding our needs. They took the time to visit our space in person to assess how the pieces would fit, which added real value to the decision-making process, and provided thoughtful renderings to help us visualize the final setup.

Throughout several follow-up discussions, they remained responsive, transparent, and solution-oriented.

A special thank you to Luc and Valerie, the store manager, for their dedication, expertise, and consistently courteous approach. Their commitment to delivering a tailored and well-considered outcome truly stood out.

I recently purchased my furnitures from the Roche Bobois showroom in Finchley and had a great experience. The store offers a stunning selection of modern, high-end furniture with excellent craftsmanship and beautifully curated displays. lleana and the manager Johal were amazing in helping us find the right pieces—they were friendly, attentive, and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. Their guidance made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. While the prices reflect the premium quality, the unique designs and outstanding service make it well worth a visit.

What was meant to be a trip to the tip to get rid of old furniture turned into visiting the showroom and purchasing two of the most amazing arm chairs…. Laid looked after us amazingly ensuring we got the best look around and followed the brief, kinda I nearly ended up with a sofa with automatic recliner!
Really amazing we will be back soon for some more inspiration.. Thanks Lais and team…..

This is not solved yet. Roche Bobois failed for over 2 years to fix or replace a defective product.
Lowering to 1 star and I will seek legal advice to sort this out.

Update – 22 May 2026

Since posting this review, Roche Bobois arranged a further visit on 8 May 2026. This was the third visit we have received in relation to the same unresolved issue. The people sent were unable to repair the problem and confirmed that the issue was a factory defect.

Despite this additional failed visit, Roche Bobois has still not contacted us with any meaningful follow-up, explanation, timetable, or proposed resolution. As of today, the matter remains unresolved more than a year after we first reported it.

This latest experience only reinforces our concerns about the company’s quality control and after-sales service.

We purchased a Littoral unit from Roche Bobois (in 2024) and reported a defect not long afterwards. One button had come away and another appeared never to have been sewn in at the factory. After a considerable delay, a replacement cushion was arranged, but that too proved defective as the zip was misaligned and caused the piece to sit improperly.

What followed was months of chasing for updates and being passed between Roche Bobois UK and French support. We asked repeatedly for a proper explanation and a clear timetable for resolution. At one stage, French support confirmed that they would take charge of the replacement cover, which suggested the defect had been accepted, yet the matter still was not brought to a satisfactory conclusion.

What has been most disappointing is not simply the defect itself, but the standard of after-sales service. For a premium furniture brand, one would expect a straightforward and timely resolution to an acknowledged manufacturing issue. Instead, this became a drawn-out and unnecessarily frustrating process.

The furniture is undoubtedly stylish, but in our experience the quality control and customer service fell well short of what the brand’s pricing and reputation would lead you to expect.
