Good quality blinds at great prices.

Very thin blind - lining of poor quality

I ordered a Roman blind for a bedroom window. It was very easy to follow the directions on how to do the measurements. The blind fits perfectly and the thermal lining has the added advantage of cutting out some outside noise, which I hadn’t expected (we have single glazed windows). It took a little while to arrive but I am very pleased with the result.

I chose a number of sample swatches which was very helpful before deciding on the Naoko Olive for a roman blind. I received these in a timely manner and, once ordered, the blind arrived exactly when expected.

Great quality and great price. Roman blinds fitted easy and perfectly made to sizes given with there adjustments. Highly recommend.

One of the blinds was lovely but the other one is pinched horizontally along the fold seems so it doesn’t hang flat when it down

The blind seems well made, looks nice and arrived quickly. Easy to order and the useful videos helped with measurement and installation.

I have ordered lots of roman blinds over the years from this company and have always been very happy with the quality and service. I recently got one of my measurements wrong for one blind but was able to order a new one using the insurance I had taken out. Many thanks Laura for your very efficient help!

Really disappointed with my blind. The mechanism is cheap. The chain pull is plastic and very flimsy. The fabric is very cheap quality (I did get a sample but once made up doesn’t hang well). Also it didn’t hang properly and they wanted me to take it apart and adjust it. Definitely won’t be using again.

I just had exactly the same poor experience as Jules. 9 year old roman blind, one of 5 bought at the same time. Mechanism has failed. They can't supply a replacement spindle (which may be because design has changed - fair enough, although they're not saying that). I asked to buy a new header rail. They refused and won't even say why, "they just don't". Very unimpressed!

Excellent. Good quality, delivered swiftly and on time. They arrived with all the fittings but putting up the blinds was fiddly and the thread on one blind came loose on the header.

I bought blinds from this company 6 years ago and one of the mechanisms has failed. I asked to BUY a new header rail which was fine until they couldn't find the order on the system as it was too old. Therefore they were unable to supply me with a replacement rail as the system wouldn't allow it. They could only suggested I replace all 5 blinds in the room instead - apparently happy for them to be sent to landfill, never mind the expense, because they couldn't raise a manual order for a replacement part!!!

Well when I first purchased my blinds I would have given 5 stars. Excellent delivery, looked great, however, after having been up for a couple of years I'm livid. All the small bathroom/toilet windows are fine, but the way these blinds are made for larger living room windows needs serious look in at.

Both my living room blinds need throwing. Nearly £400 for 2. The plastic clips that the strings go through that allow each section to be lifted have broken, and are only held to the blind by a thin loop of twill type tape. The process of raising the blind has ripped them all off of both blinds. Furthermore, this tape is stitched on with what looks like a basic stitching thread which has also been ripped off of both blinds.

I am shocked that given these blinds are for larger windows, that they have been made in such a flimsy way. Once all the little fabric loops broke, I could not longer lift the blind. This is unacceptable. Please be aware if you're purchasing blinds for larger windows that this will happen to yours too. The tapes on the back that hold the clips to raise the blind are just too fragile to hold the weight of a larger blind and are stitched on far too delicately. If I'd known this before, I'd never have purchased them. Pity we can't post photos on here as these blinds are a mess.
