Purchased a Korniche roof lantern which was at very competitive price , delivered on time and without damage fits perfectly had an overall first class experience would thoroughly recommend the company and the product .thankyou for great service.

Ordered a bespoke Korniche roof lantern, price was cheaper than same product elsewhere. Arrived in time and well packaged. Being very diligent I checked everything thoroughly, the lantern itself was perfect. Only one minor issue that was no one’s fault, one of the bolts had not been cast properly. Emailed roofglaze after closing on Friday, by Wednesday new bolt arrived with a spare. It is this type of service that sets a company apart from others. Will use again and recommend

Ordered my roof in March2024 which was meant to be blue tinted and self clean. Receipt said clear glass and I called roofglaze to correct this. Despite the correction, I received clear and blue tinted glass panels with no warning and no installation instructions. I had already booked for an installer and called roofglaze on a Saturday morning and
the company was closed. We had installed clear and blue panels before realising the difference in colour.
The company supplied wrong items with no instructions and failed to admit liability.
Bad service with no customer care. I would NOT recommend roofglaze as I still have the wrong items in my house. They failed to do anything about it. They are rogue traders!

Often in life it’s how people fix problems that defines how good they really are. For reasons I won’t go in to we had an issue over the measurements and Roofglaze were super helpful and we now have a robust working electrically operated super skylight. Very happy.

We dealt with Sean and the Roofglaze team on a bespoke fixed roof light measuring 3m x 2m. Sean and his colleagues were a pleasure to deal with throughout, and the glass was delivered in the timescale as originally advised.

We have been thoroughly pleased with our Roofglaze skylights.
The build quality is excellent: they are very well made in every aspect.
We have been especially pleased with the larger, electrically operated skylight that we purchased. The opening/ closing mechanism is smooth and so far, (after more than a year) has been very reliable. We love it, it has certainly made a huge difference to the quality of our living space.
Definitely highly recommended and we would use again.

Sadly, their aftercare service was shocking - having had 2 x rooflights delivered, within 2 weeks of being installed one of the windows shattered which was obviously very frustrating. When contacted, Roofglaze immediately shifted the onus of blame away from themselves onto me, saying it was likely to be a bird or stone rather than a defect - neither of which was apparent or very likely.

Having sent an investigator, their stance still stood so I had no choice but to pay them the full cost of replacing & repairing it, which was basically the same as the original cost. Even if they wouldn't admit any liability, given only 25% of the cost was for materials (ie glass), one would have hoped for some reduction in the installation costs as a gesture of goodwill, but nothing - they even charged me £100 for delivery. Really poor experience. I just hope there are no more butter-taloned golden eagles carrying massive invisible rocks around.

Delivered the wrong size fixed & electric flat glass windows, even thou the measurement were emailed to them. They took one window back & I agreed to keep the electric window only because they said it would have a lead time of 3 months?? even thou our up stands had already been formed fibreglassed in etc. I said I could not hinge a whole job on their lead time for another window. So at my own cost (circa £350) which they were fully aware of, I kept the electric window, to save time. Then they had the audacity to refund me for the other incorrect size window minus £90 delivery charge, even thou they admitted they supplied the wrong size windows. I would not recommend this company, their lead times are terrible, customer service is appalling & on top of that the windows are delivered complete unprotected, so if there is any damage it is your responsibility. There is plenty of other options to buy these windows out there, so I won't be buying from them again. If I could give them 0 stars I would have. VERY POOR ALL ROUND!!!

The quality of the roof lantern is amazing and can't fault that at all, Only reason why this isn't a one star!
The reason for this review is the fact we received a damaged part which wasn't damaged in transit as the package was top notch but the part was obviously damaged before it was packaged!
Because I didn't open them up as soon as they were delivered and only opened 12 days after delivery when they were being fitted to reduce the risk of damage, I had to pay for the part to be replaced! At a total of £70 to replace a part they damaged is shocking!
Having payed over £1500 for the lantern it self surly they could have wavered the cost of the damaged parts! But no as it was after 7 days they can't do anything!
I will definitely recommend the Korniche Roof Lanterns but sadly NOT from this company!

One evening the inner layer of my double glazed toughened glass skylight landed on the floor almost coming down on my head. It had only been installed 4 years. I discovered that the original suppliers would only replace the glass and not fit it. To safeguard against this reoccurring I went with a company that would do it all.

Throughout the process Roofglaze were very efficient, good at communicating with me about what was happening. They were very accommodating when I needed to change dates due ill health.

The engineers that arrived for the visits were friendly, knowlegeable, worked well and efficiently without any inconvenience to myself and my husband. The service was excellent. Thank you

Great company. We needed a skylight for our house extension. From the beginning and choosing the glass things were smooth and their team is really helpful and friendly. Not trying to upsell you expensive stuff you dont need. They held on to the glass longer, as our construction was delayed, and then delivered when asked. Skylight looks really great, and their price is really competitive.

Customer service has been fab. Laura in particular has been very helpful.
Would recommend!

Shocking service!

Missing parts, requested a call back didn’t get one! Parts missing off both sets of lanterns. Wouldn’t re use or recommend.

Fabulous product. Looks amazing and leaves so much light. Service was also brilliant. Very helpful. Very pleased
