Customer service lacking
Customer service lacking when things go wrong My roof light was literally dropped off the delivery wagon by a driver who turned up on his own without notice to be grumpy with my 15 year old daughter as there was no one in then just left it blocking the pavement and drove off!!!
I contacted roofglaze and it took several attempts to get an apology
To have over £1000 worth of glass dumped off the side of a wagon shows the care taken.
They did however compensate me with a pot of touch up paint to cover the scratches made even that that took 2 weeks to arrive

Very easy to deal with and website very easy to navigate and full of helpful info for installation. Sam the transport manager also kindly rearranged our delivery with no additional charge.
