I have never experienced such a great experience as I have done from the word go with Roofglaze from any other trade.
My first contact was with Sam who led me through my options and went above and beyond to fulfil my expectations, he supplied me with two roof lanterns and two sets of bifold doors.
On the day of installation a gentleman called Ian arrived and fitted both lanterns with no hassle and even to my amazement he took all the rubbish from packaging etc away with him.
He then returned a few weeks later as agreed to install my bifold doors, this was amazing to watch, his attention to detail is superb, we have already recommended Roofglaze to friends and will continue to do so.

I purchased a large roof lantern from roofglaze , from placing the order I was informed of each stage and always knew progress
On delivery day the lantern components arrived first thing everything is precision engineered and bolts together perfectly , unfortunately two of the outer glass retainers had been damaged in transit which I took pictures of at the time of unpacking
On the same day the glass all arrived Just after lunch Enabling me to start laying in the glass and making it water right
Unfortunately on the last panel the damaged glass retainer trim (That I had taken a photo of earlier )caused the Outer glass to Blow ! I was devastated so nearly had it all done I swiftly emailed roofglaze with my situation , and the pictures as my evidence , the response was immediate and totally positive they where on my side 100 percent which really helped as I wasn’t feeling great after the glass had broken to cut along story short 6 days later I took delivery of a replacement glass panel and two new straight
undamaged ! Glass retainer trims
(All replaced with no charge)Which is all now in place and my lantern looks fantastic. Thank you so much for the customer services Roofglaze you provided exceptional service throughout and I would definitely use you again and recommend to anyone on quality of product and the after sales backup 👍👍

I found Roofglaze online. I chose two 1500x1500 rooflights for our office. Excellent product, delivered promptly. Having tried and tested Roofglaze on our own office, and being so impressed, we will now be using them on our future projects.

Bad customer service
Ordered 2 korniche roof lanterns on the 28th May delivery due on 19th June, delivery came on time but with only one roof lantern, rang Roofglaze to complain, received an email stating they had only ordered 1 roof lantern despite taking payment of £2700 for both roof lanterns, only to be told it will not be delivered until 7th July.
So be aware when ordering of this company they do make some cock ups!!
If you are looking to order Korniche roof lanterns I would advise in dealing direct with korniche

Starting from the beginning.

2 week delay due to COVID (so 4 weeks in total). But not told till after order placed and could no longer cancel (Skypod could manufacture and install within 10 days).

Assured delivery to be Monday 15th.
2 out of 7 items delivered. Assured the remaining 5 would be delivered Tuesday. Told me on the phone they had been having a few problems with the courier lately (dx logistics).

Tuesday glass delivered (separate delivery). Later in the day 4 of the remaining 7 packages delivered.
Unable to track the remaining item till end of the day. So asked them to manufacture a new one. We had had an installer booked for Wednesday. Had to cancel. Rearranged for Saturday.

Wednesday. No sign of original missing item. Distribution centre hit by lightening. So no ability to track items. But that’s ok, they have manufactured a new one and THAT one will be dispatched on Thursday for delivery on Friday. Insisted on using their courier who they know have issues. I suggested thinking outside the box/use a different same day courier/I even offered to collect it. No flexibility was considered. Seemed to HAVE to be the troubled dx logistics.

Thursday still no tracking ability. But ‘definitely’ sent out for delivery Friday.

Friday. No idea when it will be delivered but they can be delivered up to 6pm. No response to my email asking what happens if not delivered by 6pm. Phoned at 3:50 and told the lady I was dealing with was on the phone. Asked for a call back. Didn’t receive one. Company closes at 4pm on Friday (4:45 every other day) so can only assume avoiding having to speak to me after ignoring my email.

6pm comes and goes. No delivery.

Have to cancel installer again.

We have been told Korniche may be a ‘better’ product than skypod but if it never arrives doesn’t really matter does it. I will never go for one/not use Roofglaze again due to this mess up which has cost us time, money, frustration and I wouldn’t wish that on anyone. Bluntly, it is not good enough.

Customer service very poor. Builders waiting on site delivery has not arrived. Phone lines down now answer. No idea when I will get my roof lights

We purchased a roof lantern from Roofglaze to fit ourselves, the service and after care we received was first class nothing was too much trouble. I would like to thank the staff especially Ian and Philip, I would highly recommend this company.

Wasn’t happy with the first company I approached for my bespoke korniche lantern and found these guys in a google search. Spoke to them first and Tom was very helpful, quickly followed up with an email answering my questions. Placed my order a few days later (as the price was a lot cheaper than other companies) and it arrived, as promised, 9 days later. Breeze to install so saved the builders cost too!
The whole process was excellent throughout, great communication keeping me up to date and can highly recommend them

They were very good with keeping me up to date with my order and it actually came a day earlier than expected. The instructions were clear and it fitted together nicely. Have not fitted the glass as yet but I’m sure it will be ok. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Will use again in the future

first time using roof glaze lantern and glass turned up as they said lantern was well wrapped and numbered making it very easy to make sure all was there opening the lantern was a surprise parts of the lantern finishing pieces was boxed like they was going on a Bentley the rest was in perfect condition and from start to finish the lantern was put together and fitted to the roof curb in less than two hours which was good as i spent a full day doing other types of lantern would i buy again ABSOLUTELY price range others cant beat first time experience useing them brilliant 5 stars from me
