We had the whole house triple glazed with Roofriendly and we are so happy with the job, we recently had a problem with a patio door dropping slightly and someone came on the date as promised, the man that came was so nice and polite, can't fault them.

Jack came out to fix the bottom part of our front door which was still covered by its 10 yr guarantee,I called the office and it was so easy to sort out a new part and for Jack to fix it for us, we had Roofriendly in 2017 to do all windows and doors, and 2023 to do facia and guttering, we wouldn't use anyone e else! Highly recommend

From salesman, office to fitters all excellent, friendly, informative staff. Clean & tidy, brilliant robust product. Could not fault it. Had 10 windows and 2 doors, triple glazed. Not expensive and Luke, Luke & Chris were excellent. Worked tiresly without breaks in cold damp weather. Cleaned up as well. Jack did the finishing touches and was excellent and friendly. The workmanship was 2nd to none. Very solid and secure units. We have had 3 other properties done in the past and this company's product and workmanship rose above them all. Price was extremely competitive as well. Any future moves/projects we will use them again as not prepared to go anywhere else now. Excellent👏👏, well done team could not fault a single thing and we are fussy.

2 cold callers came to my door today, despite having a ring door bell they hammered on the door so hard it sounded like they were trying to break in. When I refused a leflet they became abusive and swore at me. Obvouisly a nice company and one to avoid.

Graham came today to complete the survey, lovely service advised on the choice of privacy glass to go with the front door and which doors would fit at the back as it’s quite narrow. Very helpful and explained the process for the fitting of the windows and doors.

Had my triple glassing fitted 9 years ago best thing I ever did but sadly 3 panes had broken down. One phone call and a visit from jack and new panes ordered and 2 weeks later all fitted fantastic service would highly recommend them thank you Jack

From start to finish our experience with roofriendly was amazing. Rob came and gave us a quote for solar panels with battery and we decided to proceed. Ever went exactly as arranged from the scaffold arriving to the two lads who came to fit the panels it went without a hitch. My husband and myself are in our 70s and not very computer savvybut we needn't have worried we were talked through the registration and the application of the app to help us see how we were running was great. Even Rob himself came round just to check we were coping with the technology side of things. A coldcaller from Roofriendly knocked on my door today. When I declined to accept his leaflet, he used a barrage of expletives at me, including calling me "a fat c***." Nobody should have to deal with this behaviour on their doorstep

Dealing with Roofriendly has been a pleasure from the start. They have fitted a large new conservatory roof for us and we are highly delighted by everything. Door, 2 windows and flat roof replaced. Efficient, explained processes as going along. Work extra hours to complete job. The work is excellent. Great timeleeping. Would recommend to anybody.

The windows supplied are excellent quality, German design, triple glazing with vents.
Roofriendly guys on time, did a brilliant job, quickly, and cleared up completely after.
