The most sexist company in Lincolnshire?
I was really happy with the product and the fitting and fitters but the sales are both inefficient and heavy handed.
It's also the most hilariously sexist company I've come across in years! Feels like they're selling a product to clean living American housewives of the 1950s! Quite bizarre.

Roofreindly did some work for us…
Roofreindly did some work for us 18months ago and the after care has been appalling. As previously reported not responding to emails and phone calls. And not delivering on promises. Seems once the money was banked for initial work done, hands washed and not interested. We have now had to go to an alternative business to rectify the problem. Very disappointing

Obviously, it is disappointing to receive this feedback from yourself.
In March 2021 we replaced the windows at your property and you informed us you would like to keep the old aluminium windows which we removed. In February 2022 you approached us again to install new French doors in your timber cladded cabin at the bottom of your garden. You also asked if we could also install 3 of your old aluminium windows in the cabin. We agreed to this and installed these in July 2022. At no point did we agree to provide a warranty for these windows as they were not our product, had been stored outside for 16 months and were used items. You have been in contact with us several times as you have been having issues with the windows leaking. As a gesture of goodwill we have visited you on 4 separate occasions to try and remedy the issues you were having. After further discussion with yourself it was agreed the aluminium windows were in need of replacement and you asked us to provide a quote to replace these. We offered you a greatly reduced quote for double glazed windows as you are an existing customer of ours, however, we did make the error of putting triple glazed windows on the quote instead of double. We informed you of this and you accused us of lying to you and trying to overcharge you and you expected a further discount which we were unable to provide. Unfortunately, you decided to cancel your order with us. I apologise that we could not fulfil your expectations on this occasion.
On a positive note, I am pleased you have not reported any issues with the new windows and French door we supplied and installed throughout your property.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. It is difficult to respond without further information. If we were so awful at the point of sales why go forward with the work? We have a 14 day cooling off period so ample opportunity to cancel if you were not happy.

Future proofing home with Roofriendly.
Am future proofing our home and finally got round to looking at replacement windows. I have used Roofriendly in the past for soffits, fascia, guttering, and a replacement front door and side panels so I approached them with a good degree of confidence. I ordered (Initially) two replacement triple glazed windows and was given an installation date - sadly this was missed, together with a second date due to our delegated installer going sick and being sent off to hospital - this could not be helped and we accepted the delay. A new date was given and the installers turned up promptly on time. We were expecting a two day installation timescale - these two guys worked non-stop, quietly (no music thank goodness) and were able to complete the installation to a high standard in a single day. They were very experienced, professional, quiet, neat and tidy and when they had finished the windows looked immaculate and the rooms were vacuumed and dusted. The windows work smoothly and look beautifully finished - far better than the old installations. We have already ordered the replacement windows for all the other windows in our bungalow.
