Excellent service. I had ordered the wrong size of rope and they actually have a phone number with a real person you can speak to, not just an email and they were brilliant at helping me to resolve my problem and the delivery was super fast. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them without hesitation.

We ALWAYS refund duplicate shipping charges that arise from sales on the website, however the website is fully automated and treats each new order as a new entity so we require the accounts team to process the refund. Your order was placed over Christmas so I apologise for the delay in getting your refund activated. Our full team is now back in the office and i'm sure it will be done today. Happy New Year.
