After hiring a camper van last year with Roseisle and having had such a wonderful holiday, my partner and I decided to go ahead and book a motorhome this year with them.

Once again we had such a positive experience with Roseisle. The friendly and helpful staff Louise and John Paul are very down to earth but extremely professional too.

The motorhome was fantastic, immaculate inside and out and very comfortable. My partner and I had another amazing holiday albeit a different holiday to last year in this current situation.
Nonetheless we wouldn’t hesitate to hire again from Roseisle next year. Once again thank you to all the team at Roseisle. Keep up the good work.

We had a great experience with Roseisle renting a motorhome for a week. Louise and Jon Paul were professional and friendly throughout and the motorhome was almost brand new and well equipped.

The pickup and drop off experience was great and Jon Paul explained everything well.

We will rent from Roseisle again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The customer service was excellent, and the Campervan was in perfect condition. It was very well stocked with good quality fittings and utensils. Information and advice from staff was very useful. One small point however is that the website asks how many people are travelling but that then does not translate into how many berths are required in the camper van. This meant we inadvertently hired a van whose sleeping arrangement was slightly too small for us. Again, this was largely my fault for not checking how big the vehicle was before confirming the booking, but you might consider amending the website booking system to make this clearer.

Excellent service provided from start to finish and would not hesitate to use these guys again.

Had an incredible experience thanks to the team at Roseisle. This was our first rental and Louise was great, she informed us about the deposit policy for our reservation which was made during the lock down and had personally managed everything from our arrival to collect the campervan to sending us off to the airport in the arranged transfer with Mike who was super friendly and helpful.

In advance of the rental we were sent a welcome pack and detailed instructions on operating the campervan (via a YouTube video). Everything was easily explained and ensured we were not overwhelmed by the experience.

Fantastic family holiday touring Scotland in the Hymer Yellowstone van with 6 & 2 yr old. All went very smoothly and Motorhome was lovely. Would definitely do again.

Fantastic service - excellent campervan and brilliant fun. It was our first time (+wife and 2 daughters) and the team made us feel really at home, explained the van and the little tricks.

The Campervan was immaculate and a joy to drive. My girls loved being in it, driving and sleeping.

The service was very professional and clear, with a lot of the forms pre processed online which made it easier at the moment.

I recommend Roseisle completely and will definitely be a return user!

You cannot beat a Roseisle van! Great service, awesome vans in brand new condition. This is our family's 3rd time hiring from them and it is now our 'go to family holiday' experience.

Roseisle were great to with and the Campervan was in perfect condition.

Can't fault the motorhome (Corado T338) which was immaculate, or the service from the team. Well done Roseisle for getting the hire arrangements sorted out so well given the Covid-19 uncertainties. We didn't give five stars only because of a couple of little niggles but in the end they didn't affect our holiday:-

a) despite stating on a number of occasions that we needed to transport bikes in the storage garage and the website actually showing bikes being stowed in this way, when we took possession of the motorhome we were told that we should not transport our bikes inside. Luckily the van had an external bike rack, although not really big enough for three mountain bikes.

b) We hired the motorhome before Covid-19 struck for a holiday in July 2020. A little more care should have been taken to explain that restrictions were to be lifted in time for our holiday to go ahead. The final invoice was sent to us with no explanation despite previous correspondence saying we could decide the week before departure.

First class personal service from beginning to end. The van we had was brand new and immaculately clean with everything you require.

Prior to collection, demonstration videos are provided which was helpful and allows you to consider any questions in advance of vehicle hand over which was thorough and very friendly.

Will be hiring again and I would recommend Roseisle, based on the superior quality of the vans and service.

Friendly and first class service. Great motorhome

Just back from a trip round the Hebrides in our van hired from Roseisle. We had some minor issues at the start which were very quickly sorted out by Louise and Jon Paul was brilliant at doing the handover and explained everything really well. The van itself was excellent, easy to drive, really comfortable to hang out in and sleep in and was far more stocked than we expected. My only small criticism would be that it would have been good to get a full inventory of the van as we brought a few things that were already supplied like a cafetière a kettle and hand towels. This is really just it having more than we expected though so it was a good thing. And maybe there is an inventory somewhere and I’ve missed it. Highly recommend using this company for hiring a van from. Thanks for the great holiday.
