E-mails sent to Rosie London bounced back undelivered as the e-mail address doesn't exist. I am so angry. Ordered couple of items (not yet delivered) before going on holiday on 22st December. After re... See more

Hands down the worst product i have ever bought. Quality is appalling. Nothing like picture. Avoid at all costs
This is such bad quality
This is such bad quality, inferior material and please people, don't be tempted to buy from these scammers - please report them and let Trustpilot know
SCAM!
Like the rest of the reviews I was scammed. The confirmation came in the form of a text message instead of email and tracking number was invalid. Took over 6 weeks to be delivered, the quality was questionable, fit was poor and when requested a refund realised this was not based in London as the name would assume but actually based in China. They offered £8 refund of a £45 iteam instead of paying for shipping to return. Have questioned this. Don't even bother with this website!!
Do not buy from this website
Do not buy from this website! Read other reviews, its all true!
Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. They sent me a pair of boots which were of bad quality, smell and size and not my size by 5 sizes. They said I can keep the boots and receive a 20% refund, after many back and forth emails. They are not London based. I believe from China.
I'm still trying to get my money back. I sent pictures of the evidence as well, they are trying not to acknowledge this. Save yourself the problems and avoid!!!
Please please do not buy from this…
Please please do not buy from this site. The pictures are not real. The products are not as described and are pure rubbish. They shouldn’t be allowed to continue to trade!!!! What can be done about them being allowed to scam people? There is no shop in London closing down, everything from china
Rosie of London
Delay in receiving goods, terrible quality, not as advertised diabolical customer service,no way to contact a person.Goods sent from China with a ridiculous returns policy and certainly contravention UK consumer regulations.
Total disgrace
Total disgrace! Scammers should be calling themselves Rosie China not London. Boots far from what they show on their website. Poor quality, looking disgusting and stinking like cheap plastic. Say shipping 1-3 days but they come from China so takes about 2 weeks to arrive! How can they still be legally operating??? Thinking of reporting them to consumer protection agency for misleading and missselling.
THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM....
THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM..... AVOID AVOID, BOUGHT A PAIR OF BOOTS SUPPOSED TO BE LEATHER, TOTALLY PLASTIC, RETURNS ARE TO CHINA, IT HAD A RETURN ADDRESS TO CANNOCK IN THE MIDLANDS, BUT COULDN'T RETURN TO THERE, ONLY GOT £12 REFUND THE BOOTS WERE £35, PLEASE PLEASE DONT BE TAKEN IN BY THESE SCAMMERS, THIS SITE NEEDS TAKING DOWN, I AM TRYING TO DO THIS, SO OTHER PEOPLE WONT BE SCAMMED, ROSIE LONDON DO US ALL A FAVOUR AND TAKE YOUR SITE DOWN !!!!!!
Be suspicious. Read the small print!
The advertising for the garment I bought seemed to be very genuine with refunds and 30 day returns ,however, trying to actually return it was a different matter. All communications were extremely polite but I was given a choice between accepting a 20% refund or paying for its return to China, not London! The supposed reduction in price proved to be false also.
Do not buy from this site as they are china based and don’t offer returns
I can’t believe I fell for this scam. I thought it was a UK based clothing company but apparently it is all the way in china. The fit was wrong I have emailed them that I want to return the item and they have been yanking my chains for days now, asking for pictures of the size tag, offering discounts like why will I want to patronize a company that is shady as hell. I just want return my item
They are nothing to do with London
They are nothing to do with London, they are China based. The item I ordered was much too small. They asked me to take a photo of the garment to see the size. There was no size label. They then said could I take a photo of myself wearing the garment to give them an idea of the size while holding a measure from pit to pit. I told them I was not a contortionist. I was then offered a 25% discount to keep the garment. I declined this as there was no point in keeping an item that would not fit. Since then I get a robot reply offering the same discount or return to China for full refund,
Shoes
I ordered some gorgeous shoes for £44 and when they arrived they were a cheap version and stank of chemicals. The name of the company insinuates that it is London but no, it's right across the other side of the world!! I asked for a full refund but the buyer has to pay postage which would be loads. I have just asked for a 25% refund which was offered. I'm fuming!! This should not be able to happen!!!
bunch of scammers
I’m disappointed to find myself joining the growing number of customers who’ve been taken in by this lot. The website looks legitimate, but I should have clocked that the so-called Trustpilot reviews are just screenshots, none of them actually link anywhere. I’ve been waiting for my order for nearly two weeks now. I’ve started the process of getting my money back through my bank, even though I stupidly paid by debit card. Hopefully they’ll see what’s obvious at this point: Rosie London isn’t a boutique or a brand, but a scam operation.
The delivery lead time is outrageous
The delivery lead time is outrageous. The company are in China, they do not inform you that the delivery lead time is when they can get the garment manufactured! There appear to be many of these Chinese companies misleading the UK buyer, when I was advised that they hadn't shipped my order, two weeks after ordering and paying, I told them to cancel the order and refund me. I was told that they couldn't do that, but full return details would be sent with my delivery!! A total scam! They purported to be a company in London, UK closing down!!!! Diabolical service.
I cannot believe I fell for this scam
I cannot believe I fell for this scam - I ordered an item as a gift thinking it was of English origin, and the reduced price was part of a closing down sale, only to find it originates in China. Quick to take the money, constant e-mails assuring me the item was on its way, only to find, when it arrived that it was nothing like the advertised picture and their XL size wouldn't fit a dwarf. An absolute con, with no method of redress, and it stands as yet another example of crooked Chinese advertising. May they live in interesting times!
If I could give this shop a minus 1 I…
If I could give this shop a minus 1 I would.
They sent the wrong size shoes. After much forward and backwards they offered me to keep the shoes that are size 36 not 39 and purchase another pair at a 30% discount. But I don’t want to buy another pair. I want a refund
Ok but I have to send them back to china at my own cost!! Because that is their returns policy.
But they made the mistake.
I’m never buying from China again, though I thought they were London based but I should have checked it out. Always purchase local high street in the Uk from now on.
Order received wrong size!!!
Just received my order skate shoes (£34.95) should be UK size 11 but they were more like size 8. No indication of the size in the shoes. Shipping was from China not London.
This site is a SCAM do DO NOT ORDER anything and they should be shut down. So bad :(.
Total Scam….DO NOT ORDER
If I could give 0 score, I would. Please DO NOT order anything from this company as it’s an absolute scam. Waited for ages for my order (leisure suit) which I assumed would be coming from London as it advertises as Rosie -London . It actually arrived from China & the quality was dreadful! Immediately contacted the company, offered me 25% refund to keep the items, informed I wished a full refund. Advised as to their “return policy” which makes the buyer liable for cost of postage. Was quoted £26 for track & trace posting to China!!! Needless to say, I declined this as it would be throwing good money after bad! Unfortunately they are using bogus 5star Trustpilot reviews which I stupidly believed.
Rosie London scam
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from what I thought was a London based company. They took several weeks to come and when I checked the tracking they were coming from China. When the shoes finally arrived they sent the wrong sizes. I messaged customer services they asked me to send photos. I did this and it has been several days and I have not heard anything. I sent a follow-up message and still nothing. The Trust pilot review on the site is false. Now I have made more searches the reviews are awful. I feel I have been scammed. I would avoid this company.
