AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
Do not buy from this company! Bought a pair of trainers, it came 3 weeks later in a much smaller size that I ordered - impossible to know which as there is no size tag!. Contact them and had to send photos of the trainers and was told I needed to pay a further £10.50 to get it exchanged to the correct size! It's a scam. Please do not throw your money away buying anything from them.

A total scam, they advertise a closing down sale,and go and set another company up selling and doing exactly the same thing. The goods come from China . I bought an expensive jacket and when it came it was a lot shorter than advertised ,was made of felt, ie the pattern ,herringbone, was printed on an,even the elbow pads were printed on. The buttons were not the colour shown, there were no pockets inside and the top pocket outside was just a strip of felt to make it look as though there was one. Under no circumstance buy from them

Bought what looked like a nice blazer and leather boots but they looked nothing like the pictures on the website and were terrible quality. The aim of their refund process seems to be to make it as difficult as it possibly can be to send back or get a refund. We contacted them within hours of receiving the items but still had to send photos etc of the items for them to “assess eligibility for return” and then our return was refused as no tags except they hadn’t come with any! If you are lucky enough to be eligible for a return you have to pay return postage to china and then you might get a refund when they receive it back.

This company was known as Mint-London and then Unity London. Both sites no longer exist but now Rosie- London has sprung up. Website identical to the previous 2 in all but Name. Its a fake front for a Chinese company that is scamming people. Products are cheap fakes. You then cant get your money back. Looks like London based but then returns to be sent to China. Promise part returns but then fail to pay up. Display fake reviews on their site. Avoid at all costs

I ordered shoes with a promised 5-day delivery, but they arrived after 20. The quality is very poor, with a strong glue smell.
When I tried to return them, the company kept delaying: asking for photos twice, offering discounts instead of processing the return, and ignoring my repeated requests for clear return instructions. In the end, they simply stopped replying.
They even display a fake Trustpilot rating image on their website, showing “almost 1900 reviews” with a 4.5 average – which is completely false.
This company are deceivers – avoid them.

Buyer beware. Absolutely no comparison to what I ordered.. before and after pictures are a farce. I’ll be more careful next time I fall for the online promotions.

I ordered a ladies bag, came with unpleasent stink. Contacted to supplier, after couple of emails, they agreed to send me replacement which they did. Thanks a lot

I ordered a shoes, it came completely squashed in the plastic bag . Not in the box. Shoes quality is absolute bad. It came from China, and they ask for the return fee . I basically lost my money.

Not a London based shop- I am still waiting weeks after placing my order . The tracking numbers lead you to a Yunexpress site asking you to pay one euro , but read the small print - youare agreeing to pay a hefty monthly sum - do not enter your card details. When you email support- you receive what appears to be a reasonable response stating 'we dont ask for money etc' . The tracking number for the parcel force is not recognised . From the comments above - I believe if I ever get the goods -I may be dissappointed . I will ammend this review of course if the goods do arrive ?

Beware. This is a rogue company in China. Shoes received too small, poor quality and not as expected. They do everything to persuade you not to return the items including the longest return address to somewhere in Chins I've ever seen.! They hide behind a beautiful website but please don't fall for this like I did. The process to return the items is so convoluted that I doubt I'll ever get my money back. I therefore feel my only option is to accept their offer of a 25% refund and I'll put the shoes in the charity shop.....maybe someone will get use out of them.

Sent me shoes about 3 sizes too small.

Don’t buy from this online store! It is a China based scam, the shoes are nothing like the pictures on the Website. If I’m not mistaken, they have taken pictures from another store called Rosie London and are imitating them in China. The quality is awful!

If you're expecting the dress you ordered to look like the photo on display, don't order ! Quality of material poor, colours very washed out in comparison to the sales photographs and subtle changes that result in the dresses not looking exactly the same, but they put a disclaimer about material and differences and therefore returns not valid! Save yourself some money and shop elsewhere, I should have done to save myself being disappointed.
