Not even 1 star!! The pics look good quality but the actaul products are cheap, cheap, cheap!! Reduced my arse!!

As many others are stating this site is a scam. They falsely claim to be UK based and are even posting false Trustpilot reviews on their website which should be illegal! Their operations are based in China, they do not supply returns to customers unless the customers pay to return which costs to do so are exorbitant. This business needs to be shut down.

Absolutely Dooped! Chinese’s site, this Rosie’s got nowt to do with London at all. Fake trust pilot reviews published on their website, which I assume is illegal? Will be bringing this to someone’s attention. This site needs shutting down. Been waiting 4 weeks for my order. A generic email is sent in response to each of mine. I hope I save a sucker from buying from their pretty good job of a massive scam by posting here. Usually it’s the too good to be true price that deters me, but these prices were not cheap, which is an even bigger kick in the Rogers!

Wish id read views before ordering some boots ..waited 3 weeks for them to arrive then contacted the straight away to not right and too small ..Still waiting for a email saying how t0 return them day 3 and waiting ... DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!!!

Absolute scam! Same as other reviews. Clothing was cheap and not even made of the material the images would have you believe. Such poor quality, no similarity to images on site. Blatantly made in some sweatshop. Loads of other sister sites selling same gaments under the pretence of a closing down sale. Do not buy from this site it is a blatant scam!

I regret not having read these reviews before I bought from Rosie London. I agree with every review and can’t stress how important it is to avoid these Chinese scammers at all costs.

Total scam. Sneakers I ordered are extremely poor quality, don't match the description, are totally unbranded and have come from China. No response to my customer query for a refund. Do not waste your money

At first I was not sure wether they were even ligit company, I sent them an email, I realised my shoes are coming from China. Hence why it took a couple of weeks. They have arrived and they are exactly as the pics on website.
Guys my doubts are gone and I am doing my shopping again. Its sale...get on with it

It's a scam never sent my jumper

It’s quite obvious when you zoom into the images that they are all AI generated. You can see the mistakes. Be careful!

Absolute scam ordered a dress from here i had looked at there “reviews” and they where all 5 stars then I received the order and it was in a unbranded bag with two delivery stickers on no tag nothing and the quality was that of a cheap Halloween costume. Not to self check the real trustpilots reviews not what the website says!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Scam scam scam

I ordered shoes from Rosie London, but the item I received was faulty and not as described. When I contacted customer service, they refused to provide a prepaid return label or comply with UK consumer law regarding faulty goods. They only offered a partial refund if I kept the shoes. I’ve since reported the matter to Citizens Advice and my bank for chargeback.

Manufacturing Failure from Rosie London
I was incredibly excited to receive this jacket, but the reality is that it is shockingly badly made and not worth even a fraction of the price. This feels less like a quality fashion piece and more like a poorly constructed, disposable item.
The jacket arrived with multiple obvious manufacturing flaws. The stitching is inconsistent and visibly crooked in several places, particularly along the cuffs and the side seams, which look like they will unravel after one wear. Furthermore, the lining is completely bunched up and poorly inserted, pulling the outer shell into an awkward, unflattering shape. It does not hang correctly at all.
The metal hardware is also a major letdown. The main zipper is sticky and cheap, catching every time I try to fasten it, and one of the buttons on the sleeve came loose within minutes of trying the jacket on. The fabric itself feels thin and flimsy, lacking any structural integrity.
Rosie London needs to seriously address their quality control. This jacket is defective and clearly failed to meet basic standards of construction. I expected a piece of lasting quality, but what I received was a complete waste of money. Do not buy this product. Save your money and look elsewhere for something that is actually durable and properly finished.

lovely looking website and items. I bought a ladies jacket and it was never arriving, decided to look at reviews for this site........I wish I didn't. My item arrived after 3 weeks, it looked nothing what it showed on the on the site, very very poor quality. I informed them that I wanted a refund but still haven't heard anything back from them. Please do not buy anything, listen to everyone of us that has written a review for this site

This website is a scam. The product that arrived was nothing like the description, awful quality and sized for a small child. Do not waste your money on this scam of a company.

I ordered boots from this company as advertised on Pinterest. The boots bear no resemblance style wise to those in the photo. The fabric is flimsy and thin and not suitable for footwear.
In seeking a return Rosie London stalled, requesting photo of the boots I received and have now stopped communicating.

If I could have given no stars I would have. This company is a scam and should be avoided like the plague. I am surprised these people are still able to advertise and they should be locked up. Where are you Trading standards because the goods that come from this so called company look nothing like the products that are advertised. Be warned and stay away !!!!
