we booked Ross Hughes Flooring to do our home in Anglesey, from first calling into the shop the help and advice we received was absolutely brilliant Adrian's knowledge on the different type of floor was second to none and really helped us we were also provided with samples that we could take away to mach up to our home there was no pushy sales at all just very helpful service. when we made the choice to go with them we were given a date and the team turned up ten minutes early and ready to work at 9am all the fitters were very polite and professionali had some very specific things we needed doing and none of them was any bother even though one of the jobs was a pain for them they never once complained and stuck to it i can not speak highly enough about the lads we had on site an absolute credit to ross hughes. the cost of the flooring was very reasonable for such a high quality flooring were are absolutely made up with the flooring it looks incredible and makes our home i would very highly recommend 10/10

No problems with measurement of a very odd space. Very happy with the fitting, especially given some challenging corners and pipework. Price seemed pretty competitive.

Top quality and excellent service
Excellent service /fitting and carpets and amtico We had to rearrange our fitting twice(our fault ) as our house was not ready .Once it was ready they could fit us in 2weeks later and said it would take 2 weeks .( amtico 1 week ) they were on time and when I came back 2 weeks later all was done and looked amazing and no mess left .We are very pleased and would definitely recommend ,Claire Nd her team

Quality experience
Recently I've had LVT and carpet fitted by Ross Hughes. Shops had a good display of options and staff were helpful making a selection.
Both were fitted to the agreed schedule and the fitters were courteous, punctual and hard working. End result was a quality job.
I would certainly reccommend Ross Hughes.

The service we received from Ross Hughes was excellent from start to finish. There's a good choice of products. The store staff were efficient in making arrangements and kept us informed throughout. The carpet fitters arrived on time, were respectful of our property and left no mess. I would highly recommend Ross Hughes.

We recently had new flooring installed by Ross & Hughes Carpets Limited, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The team were professional and helpful throughout the procurement process, making everything straightforward and stress-free.
The installation itself was carried out to perfection, with great attention to detail. It’s clear they take real pride in their work. On top of that, they left the house immaculate at the end of each day, which we really appreciated.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality flooring and outstanding service.

Top class service
We were looking for new flooring to replace dated porcelain tiles in our holiday home. Ross Hughes Flooring in Caernarfon was recommended so I visited and was highly impressed with the service. Adrian in the shop was extremely helpful in recommending the best lvt flooring for a beach house and three dogs and I wasn’t pressured into just buying the most expensive make. When it came to fitting everything was organised remotely as we weren’t at the property - the fitters were punctual, tidy and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Ross Hughes flooring again.
