Needed bathroom flooring at very short notice. Popped into the Caernarfon showroom and and received 1st class service from all the staff. Ordered the floor on a Wednesday it was delivered and fitted by Friday. Brilliant job by the fitters.

Complete scammers. Paid in full and a month later still being given excuses. Avoid at all costs. No returned calls. Staff have no idea what is going on. Broken promises time and time again. Never again would I touch this company.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my parents who recently had Ross Hughes Flooring, Pwllheli to lay their new Amtico bathroom floor. Aeron, laid the floor and did a fantastic job. He was neat, tidy and a perfect finish. He worked so hard to get it just right. A huge thanks to Clare for organising everything so smoothly. She was amazing and so kind and accommodating with my parents and especially when they had to change the schedule. Installed marble effect Amtico Signature in the kitchen-diner. Excellent advice based service and Aeron the fitter was obviously incredibly skilled and knowledgable. Highly recommend and will be using myself again in the future

The fitter, Scott, was polite & discussed fitting options thoroughly & he did the job tidily. We were recommended Ross Hughes Flooring by friends. Excellent customer service and superb workmanship in supplying and fitting both carpets and Amtico Fooring.Highly recommended.

They fitted Heckmondwike Supacord in two rooms and a staircase.It was well fitted and looks very good.The fitter was friendly and helpful - speedy completing the work in good time. He cleared away the unwanted left over bits, leaving the rooms clean and tidy.

Had our carpets fitted before Christmas, fitters did a fantastic job. Old carpets were taken up and got rid of saving me a trip to the tip. Adrian in the shop was fantastic and was very knowledgeable about flooring. Ross Hughes were very helpful and efficient right through the process of buying a new Karndean floor for our kitchen. They advised us on options and answered our questions. They did a survey of the floor, then prepared the floor and laid the vinyl tiles to the agreed schedule and budget. The fitting was done to a high standard and we are pleased to have a floor that looks good and feels comfortable to walk on.
