The whole experience of having a new floor was excellent. The sales manager was very knowledgeable , giving us an unbiased but valuable information to help us pick the appropriate flooring for our needs - Amtico Form.
The fitter was highly experienced, very efficient and paid such care and attention to detail. You get what you pay for in this world and, although not the cheapest flooring option available, I would not hesitate to get Ross Hughes to fit my next flooring. Absolutely brilliant. Professional, quick (from walking into the showroom to completion less than 6 weeks) and I have a hallway floor that I absolutely love. Highly recommended

Absolutely delighted with my recent carpet purchase! The quality exceeded my expectations — it’s soft, durable, and looks fantastic in the room. You can really tell it’s made to last, and the color matched perfectly with my décor.
What made the experience even better was the staff. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They took the time to answer all my questions, offered great recommendations, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish.

bathroom
Llyr and his coworker turned up promptly at 8.30 a.m as they had promise. They went to work swiftly, replacing our bathroom floor with an excellent non-slip surface as shown beforehand. They completed th job within the morning. The surface is now very safe, nonslip and all debris taken away. No fuss and exactly as described before to us. Truly amazing. We now feel much safer with this surface material.

Really excellent service from the moment we stepped into the shop to choose a carpet to the minute the fitters left having hoovered and taken every bit of debris with them. The carpet looks great too!!

Brilliant from the outset!
After shopping for a pram for our soon to be here newborn we got a quote for nursery carpet. The quote was quick and simple, selection was brilliant and flexible fitting dates that suited us. We had to change the first fitting date last minute which was no issue. Did I mention the quote was 30% cheaper than anywhere else we had tried even the big chain suppliers! Great, friendly staff and nice to support local family business. We will now be having the entire house carpeted with Ross Hughes. Thank you to Ross Hughes team from Jack & Jess.
