Fantastic service from start to finish. Lovely office staff and brilliant plumbers, could not fault them. Extremely hardworking guys, especially Jason, helped by Ellis & Ed. Would highly recommend to anyone. Really pleased.

Recently had a new boiler installed and a few other extras and I can honestly say Rudkin and Herbert where first class!! Ian was very professional, nothing was too much trouble and he gave us a very very competitive quote. The office staff where very friendly and a pleasure to deal with and a big thank you must go to our installers Jack and Ed who where excellent! Very hard working, clean and tidy throughout and the finished product was to an extremely high standard! Would definitely use again.

This is the 3rd time we have had a job done through Rudkin and Herbert. You know you can rely on them to get a 1st class job done. Thank you to Simon who worked really hard on our downstairs cloakroom and to Nick who did the tiling and a bit of carpentry on the floor. You both did an amazing job and the cloakroom looks lovely.

Folville Junior School received a super service from quote to fixing, company was able to work to a very tight deadline, and assist our school in fitting sinks to classrooms ready for the wider opening, following Covid 19 Closure. A team of three Glen , Cameron and Joe came in worked really hard, over the 3 days fitting sinks, pipework and outside drainage and downpipes. All work undertaken was fitted very lean and tidy, fitting into the look of the building. Over all an excellent service and a great team of young men. Highly recommended.

Just had a new boiler fitted, which was not a straight forward job, but the engineers (Glen, Paul and Joe) were excellent clean tidy and efficient. Problem solved!

Rudkin and Herbert have undertaken work for us on two occasions. Firstly, in 2016, they supplied and fitted a combi boiler. They continue to service our boiler. Most recently in March/April 2020 they fitted a new shower room. We have found them to be an excellent company: very good communication, care taken to ensure that the work is done to a high standard, and overall a very thorough approach to the work in hand. We are very pleased with the new shower room, and many thanks to all those involved. We recommend Rudkin and Herbert.

We had our heating installed this week and Wow the service we received was first class from first contact with Ian to the installation team led by Jack. Jack's workmanship was fabulous every thing was done professionally and work areas kept immaculately clean. Nothing was to much trouble from advise to keeping us informed of each step of the installation. The office admin team were brilliant too from quotes being received and info update confirmation in writing so all was clear and above board. The price of the work was so competitive they beat all the local compenys too bonus ... We will definitely be using this company again

Rudkin &Herbert supplied and installed our complete new bathroom and what a great job both Nick & Chris did doing so. From the onset of choosing what we wanted, all the Rudkin & Herbert team have been great. Both Nick & Chris carried out the complete job from ripping out of our old suite to the install of our new walk in shower and bathroom furniture. The standard of work is a credit to you both.

What can I say, from start to finish we were so impressed with Rudkin & Herbert. The quality of the work, the products and professionalism of the team were outstanding throughout.

The owner Ian, came out and really helped us to scope out the project, he gave us some invaluable advice and is very knowledgable and professional. The quote was emailed promptly, it was clearly set out and very competitive.
The work was seamlessly planned out and everyone delivered on time without complications or delay.
The guys who completed the work were brilliant, they were all qualified and experienced trades people. They arrived on time, worked hard and always made sure that they left the house clean and tidy. They were also brilliant with our dogs (which was a real worry for us). We are really happy with the work done. We have had so many complements from friends and family.

We are really happy with results and would honest have no hesitation in recommending Rudkin & Herbert 👍👍👍

After having two quotes for the installation of a new boiler, there was no doubt that after the visit from Ian which company we would chose.Excellent detailed quote with different options given and good advice given when we needed questions answering.
The installation team (Jay and Joe) were absolutely brilliant and explained what they would need to do regarding the timeframes for the turning off of the gas and water and took care to ensure that all details were carried out to the highest standard (including the tidying up of the pipework as the previous boiler installation looked untidy) and with the minimal mess (considering the downpours we had during the day).
All the rubbish and the existing boiler were disposed of prior to leaving the house. I would have no hesitation of recommending Rudkin and Herbert Ltd. A fantastic company.

Tenant advised that had a problem with boiler and knowing its age I decided to replace it. Contacted Rudkin and Herbert who quickly attended and provided quote for job. Understood my problems being a landlord and not in area. Quote was competitive and provided options, but service to date swayed the argument. They duly attended and carried out the work, with minimum of fuss and efficiently.
Many thanks to the whole team, would definitely use again and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Well after having a problem with our new boiler working properly I had a knock on my door from the owner tonight to see if he could identify the problem.
After going through a few things the problem was hopefully found and an electrician is coming around within the next two days to put it right . Although my initial review was a little harsh I can not praise this firm enough for how they have eventually handled my complaint and how it’s being dealt with . I don’t believe this service would be found with national company so let’s try to keep the smaller family businesses busy

Just a quick update ( Friday ) many thanks Rudkin & Herbert for keeping me informed throughout this week and now the heating / water is working perfectly .
Being disabled some things have to sink in so I’d like to thank the engineer you also sent around who totally explained the system and how it Will work best for me and to the electrician who must be sick to death of me

Happy with my new bathroom. Earlier this year i had a boiler replaced & re-sited and was very happy with the work. Now I have just had a complete refurbishment of my bathroom. Again I am happy with the result. The team arrived on the date agreed; they were well organised and the work of the different trades was well co-ordinated. A couple of minor teething problems were dealt with quickly and without fuss. Thanks to Chris (plumber) & Nick (carpenter) and Minty (tiler) who put in a lot of hard work to make my nice new bathroom! Thanks.
