I ordered a razor set, the address was filled in with auto-complete, however it was sent to the wrong country. The wrong country is on the e-mail receipt (which I did not check carefully enough since I have never had issues with google auto-complete), and they claim this cannot be a fault on their side.

EDIT: Customer service has responded to me by e-mail after the review, and I will update my review accordingly if the package makes its way to me.

EDIT: Customer service is now being very helpful and the issue seems to almost be resolved, I will update again if the package arrives.

Ordered a 50 Blade Premium Selection Sampler kit from Shaving.ie on March 23. Paid extra for DHL delivery to ensure fast delivery. Product was shipped day later via regular Irish Post (An Post) and not DHL. Sent an e-mail on April 10 to inquire about the situation and why the product was not shipped via DHL as agreed. Absolutely no response from Shaving.ie to my inquiry or to my multiple reminders sent thereafter to their customer support e-mail. As of today, (April 24) I still have not received my order or any response from them. They do have a customer support phone, which is an automatic answering machine that asks you to send an e-mail. Asked them to cancel my order and issue a refund. Still, no response nor refund from their side.

I have been ordering items for a number of years. The delivery is very fast with great communication. I've never had any issues. Items are priced competitively, which in fairness is a real bonus when you see a small company giving such as shaving.ie giving much larger companies much needed competition.

This is a great shop with an excellent customer service, fabulous range of quality shaving products, decent prizing and fast international shipping. Highly recommended! Wonderful shopping experience.

Quick to deliver. Ordered on a Wednesday and had my goodies delivered Thursday morning.

Items bought not recieved, waited for 20 days. Unhelpful staff. Unsure if they actually stock all the items available, or is this a scam site.

I did not receive the products because of an error of the french post. I forward all the information to shaving.ie. They just had to contact the french post to be reimbursed and reimburse me then but they didn't do anything. They just do not care about their clients !

Ordered a shave set at 1pm yesterday... It arrived in Dublin this morning at 9am! That is impressive!

Updating the review, the shipping partner had very bad services, but shaving.ie did their job! even a refunding, after that i receveid the package! In the end i want to say that i was satisfied by shaving.ie services and actions taken.
