It took too long to get there. First pick up at 4-05am and arrived at hotel 9pm.

Very organised, can adapt well and good frendly drivers
Our first coach trip but probably our last especially abroad. As soon as we boarded our main tour coach, we had to move people who were in our allocated seats. The journey was tiring, and caused my back to ache after day 2. It was cold on board as the air conditioning was too high, on a number of occasions the crew were asked to turn it off as people needed blankets on them. The coach toilet was out of use for half of the holiday as it ran out of water and the crew did nothing about it. The main tour crew were not very informative and rather abrupt in manner. The area of the hotel was in a good location and hotel was comfortable but no tea/coffee facilities in room and breakfast was a fiasco. No bread and pastries first morning, staff very slow to replenish supplies. Second morning no spaces in breakfast room as another tour party in there. Last morning (early start) no breakfast provided. A few bits to pick on but no bread or milk available for tea. The meal on the Paris by night excursion was excellent, a very nice restaurant but we didn’t see much of Paris, and the crew did not take us by the Eiffel Tower which would have been lovely to see close up whilst lit up. Our driver on our feed coach from stop 24 going home was on his mobile phone about 10 times during the journey. This is illegal and you should provide your staff with a headset/hands free if you are going to check on their whereabouts. The traffic was terrible which is usual for the Dartford crossing but he was moaning and swearing (he used the F word). As passengers, we don’t want to hear this language, especially when children are on board. He also used a bus lane and went through a red traffic light, probably because he constantly referred to being late for his scheduled drop offs. You did ask for feedback and this is my honest opinion. The trip was for my 60th birthday and although Paris was lovely, the break could have been a lot better.
Evening (optional) excursions poorly planned. "Paris by Night" was only Paris. No refund.
Long coach travel esoecially with no stops after leaving calais but the hotel was lovely and the hotel manager were so friendly to us even made us s sandwich when we got back late one night from paris thd whole trip for us was fantastic and we enjoyed every min of france

Lovely weekend in Paris seeing the sights
A total let down from start to finish.
The hotel was clean and comfortable, providing a lovely stay. However, the Paris tour arranged by the coach company was not worth the money. We were unable to get off the coach at most attractions, and the tour guide lacked detail, often ending sentences with "etc, etc, etc." The shopping intervals were rushed, and the tour was not suitable for children. We ended up paying for our own transportation. Communication from the driver could have been better, as we missed the sign indicating an earlier departure time. Additionally, the hotel did not offer evening meals. Overall, the hotel was nice, but the tour and some aspects of the trip could be improved.
Itinerary on line / company website misleading and inaccurate. Trips / meal advertised at cheaper prices on website. Hotel advertised as 4 star with bar & restaurant - not true- neither available.
The lack of restaurant and bar in the hotel in the evening was extremely disappointing and as the hotel seemed to be nowhere near a busy area it meant that we couldn't go very far in the evenings. I do not feel that this is acceptable for a Shearings/Ledger holiday.
Badly maintained coach.unmade dirty rooms, no towels and no cleaning staff.Two of mornings the breakfast room had dirty tables, no food and when it arrived very little choice. There was not enough staff. Between the excursions only 40 minutes to wash and change. The restaurant meal was very poor, salty chicken, terrible red wine and hard dessert pastry and a guide whose accent made it difficult to understand. Lastly no reserved seats on last coach home. The hotel was not suitable for coach parties. I have made a complaint and asked for my money. Without a doubt this was the worst coach holiday had I have ever had
We had great drivers , very helpful & friendly. We were told there was a restaurant and bar at the hotel but when we got there it was closed due to staff shortages. We ate out and it didn’t spoil the holiday but it would have nice to have been told this before .

Dear Sir/Madam, I will tell you about my trip from the first day Friday the 18th of August, The Green Line Coach Station in Victoria is rubbish, due to have poor seating, no toilets, or anywhere to eat, also is is an on going building site. The man who collected us at the Coach station played loud Kiss FM noise throughout the journey to our next drop of point, giving one a migraine. the next pick up stops were fine. We waiting for an hour in Dover with our two kind drivers Michael and Derek, who tried their best to get us in one piece to our final destination at the hotel. Derek ask all of us what excursion we would like to go on? I paid for two The guided tour and evening meal in Paris, there the gardens of Versailles is part of our trip package. My hotel room was not ready when we arrived at the hotel due to it was not cleaned after the guest before, dirty bathroom, dirty bed sheets bin had women pads in it, plus no kettle, tea or coffee. overall I did not like the hotel, even though the nigh porter said it is 3 stars, I would take one star to make it 2. On the second day Saturday we had our speaker going on board to tell us about the history of Paris, for which I enjoyed learning more about this wonderful capital City, But I really wanted Shearings Holidays to spoon feed and mother hen the customers owning most of us would like to visit go to the top of the Eiffel Tower and touch The Arc de Triomphe, I and others would be willing to pay more if we can do this. The evening meal was wonderful in a French restaurant. On Sunday we drove to The gardens of Versailles, but we could not enter the house, due to it needed to be booked on line, just like The Eiffel Tower, it would be a good ideal if Shearings Holidays could do this for us, when we booked our holiday or on the coach, so one of the drivers could pre book the tickets for us before the day, because not everyone like the internet or have a smart phone..Versailles sunday market.was a good place to visit however, it would be helpful if one of the drivers took us there, for the customers who wanted to visit the market, while the other driver could take the others to the The gardens of Versailles but visiting the versailles horse stables first. Over all I did enjoy my holiday, but for reference Customers wanted to have a choice, but most new people would like to go on the Arc de Triomphe (feel) and go to the top of Eiffel Tower. Also, I felt the divers could spoon feed take us in person/group instead give us some free time and they read a book, watch TV on their phones. Kind regard Colin K
Paris and Versailles were amazing. The town we stayed in was lovely. Hotel was a let down. We paid for Bed & Breakfast and only got the bed! Food only delivered once in time for coach leaving for the days out and we just grabbed a croissant/pastry on the way out! This has happened before at this hotel and yet Shearings still use them!?
Myself and a friend went on the Paris Weekend trip and had an amazing time. The whole experience was brilliant from start to end,everything is arranged for you if you take up the excursions and if you want to spend your own time in Paris that's fine too no pressure to stay with the coach party. Would thoroughly recommend , not the first trip with shearings and definitely not the last!
Breakfast for the three mornings at the hotel were not supplied. First morning no bread croissants. Second morning no breakfast at all as another coach party were told to have breakfast half hour before our party, therefore, no food, no coffee, no tea and no seating available. It gets worse - third morning no breakfast, no coffee and no tea before departing on long journey home. No coffee or tea making facilities on coach. This break was to celebrate my daughter’s birthday but experience very, very disappointing and would not recommend.
Great tour,great driver had a great time.just booked a 5 day christmas trip to Germany at the end of November.
