Matt and Cass are very friendly people, did an amazing job cleaning my windows for a reasonable price, I highly recommend them to anyone that needs their service.

Matt and Cass wer very professional and personable. They did a full external clean, including the front facias and conservatory! It has all come up great and they are more than reasonably priced. The website is well optimized and easy to navigate, and quite impressively complete.

Ashley been cleaning my windows every 4 week now and does a very good job every time. Now he started to do my lodge he spent whole day cleaning the outside from top to bottom and done an outstanding job and the price for his work is unbeatable. I must say he can put his finger on almost everything without a problem in helping you out. Very hard to find a genuine person like Ashley in todays world. Always there where says a time and date.

Update. 2 years after my original experience, this 'gentleman ' still feels the need to devalue my factual experience and my report of the Court finding in my favour, without actually paying the costs and expenses as ordered by the court.
I did write a review at the time, but it appears to have disappeared. Actually the review I wrote wasn't here, it was on Google, and still exists.
The service was booked and paid for in advance. Didn't show on that day. No contact from them, then a rearranged appointment, he turned up without the materials he said he needed (as my windows hadn't been cleaned in many months due to illness). Said he would call me to rearrange, didn't. Finally offered a time that wasn't suitable, so I asked to cancel and refund the money already paid. So far, despite a letter before action and a call from the mediation team through the small claims court, I still haven't received the refund which he has told the court he has paid.
Updated 27th April refund not including court costs received. Curious as his response to the court months ago was that he had paid.
Updated. 15th July. County Court found in my favour after Shining Windows failed to attend to defend the view they hold so strongly. I was also awarded costs, travel from Boston Lincolnshire to Milton Keynes and my costs to file this claim came to £119.60 to be paid on or before 4th July.
The man trading as Shining Windows has failed to comply with this court order as of 15th July 2023.
He also admits others have taken him to court, and suggests they have all failed. I wonder if he turned up to defend himself then, like he failed to do when this case went to court.
It doesn't matter how big or small a company is, it can't over rule consumer rights by terms and conditions.
And as for telling me 'millions' of times that the refund had been made, it was only made just before the court date, and then not including my costs for having to take out the Small Claim in the first place.
All he had to do was refund me in a timely manner when I requested it last year and he'd have saved himself £35 costs and £84.60 in my travel expenses, and the CCJ against him.

Booked a service online using their website, easy to book and reasonable pricing. Very clear instructions on how the services works. Quality was very good, cleaned all windows and sills. Will be using again.

Matthew was friendly, expert and very knowledgable about the products he was using. He was very thorough with the lichen and mould growing on the window sills, largely removing them! The house looked great afterwards, never have I seen it so clean :) the white window sills and lovely clean windows were fantastic. Thank you Matthew and Cass :)

New customer here, my window cleaning service was rescheduled 4 or 5 times due to weather issues but I was informed throughout which was re-assuring and made me feel not being left forgotten about. Once I had the service carried out it was to a high and thorough standard which I appreciate! I look forward in using these services again soon.

Booked in advance - website easy to use. Clear terms and conditions. Received confirmation email and had a call to advise was running late because of traffic so I could plan my day. Once arrived very courteous and explained what was going to do. Spent extra time clearing gutters down for us too. Happy and will use again

So I was looking for a reliable window cleaner and my neighbor recommended i go with shining windows as he'd had his windows cleaned by them for a few years and never had any trouble and he said the window cleaner, Matt, was a very friendly professional. He couldn't sing his praises enough. So I went on to the website and it had a great system for booking an appointment. Very easy for someone like me who's not tech savvy, to navigate the website and arrange an appointment that worked around me and my day. When Matt came round the first time, he was very friendly and gave off a very positive energy and it was a pleasure to talk to him and very easy to engage in conversation. He's been my window cleaner now for about 6 months. I booked him in to clean my driveway in the summer and he did a cracking job. He really did. And he also does a gutter clean which I'll be getting done just before spring. I don't usually leave reviews but I would recommend this guy to anybody looking for a relaible window cleaner. He really is a top bloke.

Amazing quality of service, value for money and the windows look Very clean. The driveway cleaning was out of this world, my driveway now looks like it was built yesterday, every single stain and mark removed! Then resanded! Prompt service but obviously had to be rebooked multiple times due to poor weather, no problems and didn't blame the company for natures resources. I found the service to be quite easy to book online, the website was full of lovely surprises, such as insurance details, methodology, images and videos of work completed, character and humour, I certainly connected. After looking at the other competing local companies, I found this business to be incredibly professional, transparent and the only company that has a shop and a calendar to book my services. No one else has integrated the technology available in 2022 to make the booking service so incredibly easy. Hats off to the owner for challenging the industry standard, and for providing all the information required in one place. This city and industry need businesses as good and as honest as this company. I am truly amazed at this company's initiative, they even give away free cleans to those who have liked their Facebook business page, and talk about community-spirited ethics! I have used this company for 6 years and have had multiple 12 clean packages completed. I think this company has cleaned my property over 100 times, on time and late, perfect everytime! You do really well, thank you for bringing me and my property peace.
